I have always been to the fave hotel primer Cihampelas, never to any other hotel.

Usually the breakfast menu is extensive, but why is it so limited this time? Everything is good, but if possible, replace the TV with a smart TV. Thank you.

Complete facilities, including a swimming pool and gym. The kids loved staying here. Accessible everywhere is easy, just a short walk to the mall. I'll definitely be back.

So far, in my personal opinion and my family after staying 4 days 3 nights, it is very satisfying in terms of location, very strategic access and the staff are very friendly. In fact, I often send packages to the hotel, the staff is really very welcoming. The swimming pool is also nice, quite spacious and the breakfast so far is quite good. Although there are not many choices, I think it is reasonable and I appreciate it for that price. The downside, in my opinion, the room area is not spacious enough for a standard deluxe room, and it is a bit nervous every time I take the elevator because it seems like it has been a while. And unfortunately, there is no stair access to the swimming pool, gym, and sauna area. There is only for emergencies. But so far it is pleasant because it is strategic, friendly, and of course free parking if you bring a vehicle (as long as you register it first). Recommended for those of you who want to go to Bandung. 😁🫰

The hotel's location is strategic. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. It's close to Ciwalk, travel agencies, and not too far from Bandung Station. The room is spacious. I've stayed at this hotel before and got a standard room with a window that didn't face the outside. This time, when making the reservation, I specified "if available, a room with a window facing the outside." This note was heeded, but unfortunately, the only room with a window available at the time was a smoking room. The most enjoyable part was the swimming pool, which was quite large and had very cool water. There's also a gym and sauna. Thank you to the friendly and helpful hotel staff.

Overall, it's okay, but the room isn't very soundproof. Vehicle noise from outside can be heard at night.

The staff is very helpful (friendly, communicative, and responsive). There's a spacious and comfortable children's playground. The pool area and gym are also very clean and well-maintained. Staff are available on standby in the playground area, ready to assist you with any needs.

There is no soundproofing between the rooms on the 2nd floor, people chatting, snoring and even vibrating cell phones can be heard.
