What a fabulous experience! They are really detail-oriented and so thoughtful. The management did a great job to have such awesome employees. They are there to make the guests feel at home. Pak Mugi, the Security and Devia from Marcom, both of them deserve to be commented on as The Day Maker!

The hotel is strategically located in the Gubeng area, close to everywhere and the view is cool to see the sights of Surabaya city. Close to the office and for culinary is also close, shopping is also close ... I always stay in Gubeng at this hotel ... The vibes are really good and I also recommend to my office friends to stay at this hotel ... Affordable price and close to everywhere, located on the side of a big road ... My two days here were so worth it. The hotel is in the heart of the city, clean, comfortable, and has fast Wi-Fi. The facilities are like a 3-star hotel, with a swimming pool and spa. Overall, it's great ✨. Plus, you can enjoy the city view from your room. I really liked it, and I hope to come back again.

The hotel staff are very friendly, always greeting and always smiling. The downside is that in the bathroom, there is only a little soap and only one toothbrush. Other than that, it is very good. Hopefully the facilities will be better in the future.

Love its strategic location to the center of Surabaya. Room was not that spacious but overall OK la. The staffs were very helpful.

The mattress on the bed looks like it needs to be updated. It's hard and uncomfortable. At least in the room I'm staying in. Hopefully, it can be updated soon.
