The location is strategic, all the staff are friendly, the lobby is spacious, there's plenty of seating, and the breakfast menu is quite varied and tasty. I deliberately stayed here because of the children's play area and children's pool. I was very happy to get a free upgrade to an executive room. The room was nice, clean, quite spacious, and most importantly, there were no stains or itching. The bathroom also didn't smell. The window views the city of Semarang. Next time I go to Semarang, I might consider staying here again.

Strategically located hotel, rooms are quite clean. The food variety is limited. The swimming pool location is inconvenient; people watch us swim because it's located in front of the restaurant. It would be better to move the pool to a more private location. Parking is inconvenient.

Some staff are friendly, some are not, but the morning shift is friendly, maybe because they are fresh and have just started working, try to look the customer in the eye when talking. The room is actually quite spacious, but the shower is dirty, the sink and toilet are clean, the towels are dirty, the pillows really need to be regenerated because when I entered I found a broken pillow and a dirty pillowcase, I asked for a replacement but the pillow was still the same, it was hard and uncomfortable for my child to sleep until he was fussy, even with the bed cover, the color was already brownish gray, the TV worked well, there was still a little dust on the table and cupboard. Out of 10, more or less 7.5 from me and my family. Thank you for the experience🙏 especially for the security guards, all of them were super good, responsive, for all the security guards, rate 10+, thank you, gentlemen❤️

We were only able to check in at 7:00 PM because we were from Banyuwangi. We booked a standard room if I'm not mistaken, but that night we were lucky enough to be upgraded to two rooms above. Wow, the view is amazing. It was a really comfortable stay here. I really liked the food, it was complete, delicious, and the restaurant had a super cozy atmosphere. If I go to Semarang again, I will choose to stay here again... it's really the best.

As someone who works in the F&B sector, the hotel's comfort and food were good, delicious, and varied. However, I felt the staff from the check-in section and the morning shift waitress were less than friendly. There was also a female HK room attendant who greeted me good morning in the room corridor, but I only passed by. The cook trainee in the live cooking section was very helpful. Good job, thank you for your service.
