Great service! Friendly staff. Nice local & international breakfast buffet spread. 3 mins walk to Asia Africa & Braga. Cheap ‘becak’ (tricycle) to anywhere. Many cheap food available. Please try Alam Sunda & Ibu Imas for local food. Recommended!

Upgraded to a Grand Deluxe room, got a spacious room, but it was dirty. The blanket was full of blood stains, the bathtub was awful, the bathroom looked like it had been neglected. The walls were dirty, the hairdryer was dirty. The swimming pool water was also dirty, the floors had a really old vibe, lots of cracks in the pool floor. The room was okay, spacious, the bed was soft, the location was close to Braga, just a 600 meter walk. The food for breakfast was bland, tasteless. The funny thing was that a 7 year old child was charged 80 thousand rupiah. A 7 year old child would definitely eat little, it felt like a loss, the child only had snacks. The restaurant service was not very friendly at all, the friendly one was the one who took me to the room to check in. Honestly, I regret upgrading to a Grand Deluxe room but getting a room like that, with the service being the same. The only plus is that it is close to Braga, the bed is soft, the room is spacious, that's it.

Check-in was required at 3:00 PM, and the room was worn and the carpet was dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The room was also damp and uncomfortable.

The hotel staff is very friendly and always smiling. You can leave your luggage before check-in. The rooms are very comfortable, with a smart TV that allows unlimited Netflix and YouTube. The food is varied. Parking for cars and motorbikes in the basement is very spacious, but there's a fee, so security is guaranteed.

This is my experience staying at the Golden Flower Hotel. Initially booked a superior room, the intention was to get a refund but was refused on the day of check-in, close to check-in time. Forced to leave home at 2 pm, arrived at the hotel around 6. When I first checked in, I was given a twin room, while I brought a baby. In the end, the mattresses were squeezed together to make one bed. The water was terrible in room 259 on the second floor, brown, not suitable for bathing the baby, let alone brushing teeth. Complained moved to room 222, still got the same twin bed, the TV did not work, the water was slightly brown. Complained again, the next night moved to room 135 on the first floor, and finally got a nice room, thank God it was nice. I stayed 2 nights with a 4-month-old baby. The room was not soundproof, the sound of car engines and noisy pots could be heard. I was annoyed because the room was not clean, not functioning properly, even though it was a 4-star hotel, it was a shame. For breakfast, there was a complete variety of menus, the staff were friendly and quick to respond to complaints.

Ordered a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room, said it was full and couldn't be changed. I checked on the app until 7.30pm and the book was still open. In the morning, I called again, the hot water was off. I'm sorry I stayed here with my family.

There's a wide selection of food. The staff is friendly and responsive. The room wasn't very clean, with sheets that looked like they hadn't been washed, the room phone didn't work, and one room door even opened without access. Luckily, I asked to be moved, and they responded quickly. Otherwise, it was great, with easy access everywhere.
