My staying at Aston Hotel Balikpapan was very awesome. The room was very nice, we got a humble greeting from staff. Check-in very smooth. Our breakfast was very delicious, menu waa quite complete. I am sure will stay in this hotel again. Thank you Aston for hospitality and great service.

Negative: Rooms smell of cigarettes, toilet flush button not working/broken, rooms not soundproof, very disturbed by other guests screaming while sleeping, hopefully this can be improved in the future, thank you

The place is nice, clean, and the facilities are really good😍 The staff at the reception are friendly, but the security guard is not friendly, more like a bit fierce, he doesn't give directions to us who are staying there for the first time, so we don't know much, maybe the security guard can be directed again

The place is nice, clean, and the facilities are really good😍 The staff at the reception are friendly, but the security guard is not friendly, more like a bit fierce, he doesn't give directions to us who are staying there for the first time, so we don't know much, maybe the security guard can be directed again

The hotel is nice, the food is delicious, but the service needs to be increased. Because when I checked in, I brought my own luggage.
