When I first arrived, the staff were very kind and friendly, seeing that I was with my parents, they gave me a room downstairs so I wouldn't have to climb the stairs. The room was spacious, there was a water heater and toiletries were provided, the wifi was also quite smooth. Overall, I was satisfied staying here because it was quite close to Malioboro and the station, and yesterday I also got a fairly cheap price ⭐⭐⭐⭐

1. Very affordable price. 2. Easy access near Jogja station, get off the train and walk straight away and the location is on the side of the road. 3. Quite complete facilities: - Spacious and comfortable bed - Smart TV - Clean toilet (provides shower with cold and warm water) - Clothes hangers are provided - Very cold AC (request when ordering for cold AC) 4. First time staying here very impressed, the staff is friendly luggage brought to the room. There is tea and coffee in the morning and can refill drinking water. The location is close to Malioboro, just walk. Many places Juli food. Overall very suitable for staying with family. Thank you

Gak terlalu banyak berharap waktu booking kamar d hotel ini, karena diawal yg penting ada kamar selama berlibur, tapi begitu sampai dengan pelayanan yg luar biasa mulai dari bapak penjaga yg akomodatif sekali dan ramah, dan juga reseptionist yg siap membantu berbagai kendala. Sedikit cerita ketika sampai d hotel masih pukul 07.00 WIB, jauh dari jam check in normal, tapi bapak penjaga dengan ramahnya bilang"yg penting bapak dan rombongan bisa istirahat dulu, menyegarkan diri dulu sebelum melanjutkan perjalanan", dan ternyata saya salah tgl ketika booking harusnya tgl 1 saya buat d tgl 2, lagi2 saya diberikan kejutan dengan kualitas pelayanan yg diberikan oleh para staff di hotel yang terlihat sederhana sekali ini, dia dengan santai bilang"gpp Pak, yang penting bapak sudah sampai di sini, silahkan beristirahat dan melanjutkan rencana perjalanan, urusan itu biar saya yg info ke app", kalau urusan kamar tak perlu diragukan walaupun hotel berumur dan sederhana kamar tertata rapi, bersih, ac juga dingin, lengkap dengan air panas untuk mandi yg ready 24 jam. Benar2 pelayanan prima, terima kasih Hotel Happy Family yg membuat kami benar2 menjadi"Happy Family"saat liburan kali ini.

The mother and the guard are very kind. Bringing my children and mother, Alhamdulillah, we were given a room on the ground floor. Access to Malioboro Because bringing toddlers, KL feels far on foot. Take a pedicab from the hotel to Malioboro either to the 0km point or Loco cafe for 25 thousand. There is no bottled water but gallon drinking water is provided at the food stalls. Although there are no amenities, we are given 4 towels according to the room capacity. No problem because I always bring my own equipment. Thank you, mother and the guard... May you always be healthy and have lots of luck.

Thank you, my hotel family, I really enjoyed my stay here. The service was great, the staff was friendly, I liked the environment and the spacious parking lot, and the room was large and clean. The price was also very affordable. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends. But unfortunately, the hot water might be having issues because it only has cold water. Thank you
