The best location, right in the city center. Easy access to food, coffee, and everything nearby, and parking is also easy. The rooms are spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and clean.

The location is very strategic. The staff is very friendly. When a flight was canceled, they helped reschedule without any hassle. The downside is that the pillows, sheets, and bed weren't very clean. The noise level was also high. There were no tables, chairs, or hanging space for clothes.

Good evening, I stayed at Hotel 210 last night. I would like to express my disappointment. The turn signal on my vehicle was damaged, and it was seen being occupied by the hotel's night guard along with several of his friends/employees. If there is CCTV footage to show my motorcycle being occupied by the person in question with the seat in the standard position, this has caused damage to the property of a customer staying at Hotel 210. This incident occurred in the middle of the night, estimated at 10:00 PM or later. If there is CCTV footage, please send it to me so that this incident can be more clearly explained.

The service and staff response are very good, but these two things are not so good in my opinion. First, this is the noisiest hotel/lodging I have ever encountered. At 1 am it was still noisy laughing and laughing for no reason, and at 5 am it was the same again. At first I thought why didn't any staff reprimand them, because people are noisy in the middle of the night and at dawn, which is a hotel/lodging, of course, a place to rest and sleep. It turns out the staff were like that too 😭 chatting and joking all the way to the room. Please really adjust the place. If the noise comes from outside the property it is acceptable, if it comes from inside, where this is a place for people to rest after a long journey, tired and needing sleep, it's really strange to be honest 🙏🏻 unless this is a cafe not a lodging, then lol. Second, the shower is very slow, slower than urine 😭. Imagine there are 4 people who have to take a shower but the water is that slow, even to wet their heads it takes a long time. On the second day the technician fixed it but the change was only 15-20%, in other words, it can't be expected to be the same.

The location is close to the city center, but I wouldn't recommend it for comfort, as we experienced a power outage during our two-night stay. The hotel was completely blacked out, with no lighting whatsoever, making it uncomfortable to rest. Trying to get into the room to get things, we found ourselves swarming with mosquitoes. It was truly disappointing.

This hotel is highly recommended for transit in Singkawang.

I love the environment. I've always stayed here when I visit SKW since it opened in 2010.

The room was as pictured. There was a TV but no remote. The toilet only flushed once and had to wait a long time before it could be flushed again. The glasses looked unwashed. There was no complimentary bottled water. The staff service was mediocre. Oh, and the deposit was 100,000 Rupiah for a room like that.

The room would be nicer with a chair and a table, even if they're small. There's also a clothes hanger and a small sink. The mural with encouraging words on the wall is fun.

The hotel is strategically located near the mosque, culinary delights, and other tourist attractions. It's accessible on foot from the hotel.

The room was okay, but there were no hangers so I was confused about where to hang my clothes or wet towels. The toilet was dirty so I went in and cleaned it again and sprayed it with the shower.

It's really dirty, the items are broken, the room smells, the toilets all smell, I don't recommend it.

Staying during high season, the price is high, it's not a problem, but the room I got: - The mattress was dented like it was about to break. - There was no hanging space at all, so I was confused about where to put my things. - The room was small, like the toilet, so it felt like I couldn't breathe and the shower water was very slow, asked the receptionist and they said it was the setting 😌 In short, I was disappointed with my experience staying at this hotel.
