Not worthy of being called a hotel. There are no tissues, no slippers, and the drinking water is unhygienic because they give you a plastic kettle, even though they also provide cheap bottled drinks. There is no water heater, and there is no coffee or tea. Stayed 4 days and 4 nights, the room was not cleaned. You have to ask for a change of towels before you get them. The hotel is dirty, with towels and doormats hanging on the railings of the double-decker rooms. There are too many bad things about this hotel. It's not the staff's fault, as they are friendly, but the owner's lack of commitment to managing the hotel.

The room was extremely hot. The AC wasn't cooling at all. The room didn't match the picture. I checked in at almost 11:30 PM. At 12:34 AM, I wanted to leave because it was so hot and making it difficult to sleep.

The service was excellent. I booked a room for my parents to rest from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. due to the long journey from Pekanbaru. When I wanted to check in, my parents asked for permission to check in before 1 p.m., and thank God, they were allowed. The bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved.
