Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very dirty, as if it hadn't been used in a long time. There was mold, a yellow, crusty toilet, and unflushed cigarette butts. There were cockroaches, and the bathroom smelled like cockroaches. I booked a twin bed but only got one blanket, so I was very cold there. I checked out in the early hours of the morning, and there were many young couples checking in and out, and the staff were busy playing games. However, if you ask for help, they are very responsive. As for food, I only ordered coffee, and it was delicious. Overall, this hotel has good staff, but the quality of the hotel itself needs to be improved in terms of hygiene and cleanliness.

The place is dirty, the room smells of cigarettes, the bathroom is dirty, the sheets are not clean, it is really not recommended to stay, especially if you bring a baby, the picture is different from the real thing. Please update the hotel's picture.

Harga tak sesuai dengan fasilitas. Kamar hotel beda dengan foto yang tidak di upgrade. Foto masih pakai bangunan dulu. Yang masih bagus. Tp kenyataan kamar bangunan dulu tidak di renovasi. Kamar mandi bau. Sabun sikat gigi gak ada. Tv ga ada channel. Seprei udah lecek kali warnanya udah coklat. Kamar bau & kotor. Ahh kecewa kali nginep di sini 😭 karena kita pesen online jadi mau dibatalin gak bisa 😭 tolong admin sampaikan pada owner supaya diperbaiki 🙏.
