I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights while accompanying my husband, who was being treated at Bekasi City Hospital. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were excellent for its class. An excellent additional service was the car pick-up and drop-off service to Bekasi City Hospital. This really made it easier for me to travel back and forth with my husband's needs at the hospital.

I've become a regular customer when I visit Bekasi, and it's actually become my basecamp. I've stayed for a week without breaking the bank. Strategic location, clean, even within walking distance to Bekasi Station, good service, and friendly staff. The price is cheap, even very cheap. When the AC in my room was problematic, the staff immediately changed my room, even upgraded it at no additional cost. Excellent. Thank you.
