The garden and pool access rooms were very spacious, with comfortable beds, clean rooms, and complete amenities. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall, I was satisfied. The property is in need of some tlc, it is looking tired and needs a refurb. I kept having to go to reception to get my room keycard reactivated as did my daughter in a different room. The towel's came back stained with a horrible brown stain what looked like poo and another had toothpaste on it. The breakfast had no variation other than chicken sausage one day and beef the next, everything else stayed the same. The balcony on our ocean view room was small. Cramped and required a good pressure wash. This was listed as a 5 star resort but I would struggle to give it more than 3 stars. Maybe they said 5 stars because that's how many you can see in the sky at night . I would not stay at this place again even if they offered me a free week.

Very clean, comfy bed with great pillows. All staff members were lovely people. Pool is very nice! Breakfast is great with a variety of American, European and Asian options. The Italian restaurant has great pizza and Indonesian restaurant had very delicious food. I did not get a chance to try the Japenese one. Had a great, peaceful stay!

The room was clean and huge with a spa in the bathroom. No Netflix access on TV though. Wifi great. Service around the pool could be improved to save having to go up to the bar to order every time. Pool great. Nice Balinese feel to the hotel.
