TV jadul masih tipe tabung, AC juga jadul dan tidak dingin, sudah reservasi dan bayar dari agen online tetapi pihak hotel tidak cekatan mengurus reservasi sehingga harus menunggu lama, kebersihan dan kenyamanan perlu ditingkatkan.

Hot shower for shower does not work TV remote is broken Bathroom is not clean Noisy air conditioner is not comfortable sleeping WiFi is often jammed traffic jams Even though I always stay in this hotel it seems like the more uncomfortable the year is.

The originally booked room was on sharing bathroom (we didnt realize that at the time of order). when we asked to move the room with bathroom we were charged additional rp. 85.000. so next time we dont stay there...sayonara!
