for the room is not good and a bit smelly of insects, especially on the 3rd floor. and for breakfast there is only heavy food and coffee tea. unfortunately for dessert & snacks there is no. thanks

Old building, damp, broken bathroom door, many sides of the building are damaged but it looks like they are going to be renovated. Hopefully it can be better. The room used by other guests has not been cleaned yet, it was immediately given to me. I complained and was immediately given another room, fortunately the staff was friendly & responsive.

Actually, if this hotel is well maintained, it will be good both in terms of service and facilities. Stayed here because there was no other choice and it really made me regret it. I got a room on the 3rd floor and the elevator was off until I checked out. The condition of the room was even more worrying, even though I ordered a suite at a price of 850 thousand. The floor was dirty, there was no carpet or anything like that. There is also no electric kettle and breakfast is minimal. This is all I need to stay here. 2 wasted nights.
