My second time here, and I'm even more in love. No need to go anywhere else; just one destination feels complete, with indoor and outdoor playgrounds, a mini zoo, and a pool that's perfectly maintained. Hopefully, they can maintain their quality. 🫶🏼

I don't know how many times I've been to this hotel, and I keep coming back because the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the housekeeping is also fast.
I had trouble with the hairdryer, but Gece immediately found a replacement.
The latest information this September is that the outdoor playground is still not finished being renovated, but the garden is said to be ready.

Comfortable accommodation for families
I went to JSI because I wanted to go glamping but didn't want to go far, but it turned out the facilities were very complete.
Atmosphere/Facilities: The atmosphere is comfortable, cool in the morning, and the glamping area has a portable AC fan.
Food: The breakfast has a wide selection and is all delicious, I want more.
Staff Assistance: The staff are friendly and respond very quickly to chats when needed.
Highlights: The glamping area is loved by both children and adults.
Price: The price is affordable and easy on the budget.
Location: The location is very strategic and there's no traffic jam because it's right after Starbucks in Ciawi.

I give this resort a thumbs up. It's one of the best resorts in Puncak, Bogor. Great service, nice, and clean rooms. The food is delicious and varied. Perfect for families and gatherings. The location is easy to find. There's a shuttle service to get around.

Arrived during the weekend traffic jam after a trip to Taman Safari. I wanted to get a room and lie down straight away. But I got a room that required climbing two steep iron stairs to the second floor (where the iron stairs were wobbly on the 7th step from the bottom). Even though my sister was 7 months pregnant. We did order a gladiator container king room. Why weren't they given one on the lower floor? Not to mention the bathroom heater was faulty. Yeah, when I was in Bogor, I took a cold shower. Although in the morning, the breakfast was decent, there was a mini zoo, a turtle enclosure, a bird cage, and when I was about to go to the playground, it was newly renovated.

The hotel is really for sleeping, the area around the hotel is far away so it is difficult to enjoy the view, when I was there the swimming pool was under maintenance, I had to add more money to swim, and it doesn't match the videos of enjoying everything at the resort, it's far away, the view is also ordinary, far from the city road, if it's for breakfast it's okay, but in the hall you can't really pamper your eyes while eating while enjoying the view, it's really disappointing, it doesn't meet expectations.

Overall, the hotel was okay. However, as soon as I checked out, I realized that my vehicle, which was parked not far from my room, was damaged, and I don't know the cause. I'm still waiting for the hotel to respond to the CCTV, which they said was monitored by CCTV at my parking location.

I stayed at Gladiator King. The room was spacious, okay. If you want Netflix you have to use your own account. The AC in the room wasn't cold at all even though I was 16. I called the staff to complain about it being cold but it still didn't come. Okay, it's okay, it's cold at night anyway. However, the bathroom was dirty, the stagnant water didn't drain directly into the floor drain. The pool was okay, clean. Lots of activities too. Breakfast was delicious and quite varied. Just need to improve the cleanliness.

My stay here was okay.
The service was excellent, but the room was quite dirty, especially the white curtains, which turned brown. 😀

Overall, the hotel was okay. However, as soon as I checked out, I realized that my vehicle, which was parked not far from my room, was damaged, and I don't know the cause. I'm still waiting for the hotel to respond to the CCTV, which they said was monitored by CCTV at my parking location.

I stayed at Gladiator King. The room was spacious, okay. If you want Netflix you have to use your own account. The AC in the room wasn't cold at all even though I was 16. I called the staff to complain about it being cold but it still didn't come. Okay, it's okay, it's cold at night anyway. However, the bathroom was dirty, the stagnant water didn't drain directly into the floor drain. The pool was okay, clean. Lots of activities too. Breakfast was delicious and quite varied. Just need to improve the cleanliness.

My second time here, and I'm even more in love. No need to go anywhere else; just one destination feels complete, with indoor and outdoor playgrounds, a mini zoo, and a pool that's perfectly maintained. Hopefully, they can maintain their quality. 🫶🏼
