I was very satisfied with my stay at Kama Hotel. Its strategic location, close to the city center, makes it easily accessible. The environment is comfortable and quiet, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were very friendly, responsive, and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room facilities were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. All my needs were met during my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely return if I had the chance. The hotel is located right in the center of Medan city. Across the hotel is the Famous Old but Well-known Restaurant: Tip Top. Nearby, there are lots of food options in the evening. I made a reservation which included breakfast. The breakfast is okay, enough in the morning. I had a very good stay, the staff were friendly, the room was big and clean, and so was the bathroom. More than I expected. The design they made in the hotel is very Instagrammable. I recommend this hotel, but please don't increase the price, because I want to stay here again.. LOL.

It was nice to stay at Kama Hotel, access to everywhere was close, there were many food stalls that were also close to the hotel area. The staff on duty were also very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast menu at the hotel was quite varied. The bedroom was very spacious and clean. The AC was cold and the WIFI was also smooth. Thank you very much once again.

Staying with a family of three, including three small children, was very comfortable. What kind of 2-star hotel would open the lobby door when they enter or exit? That's enough explanation, right? Breakfast and sahur are also available, and they're quite tasty and complete. If you want something even better, you'll have to pay more. Just crawl up the street to find a Chinese restaurant or something.

For a budget hotel in a tough city like Medan, your staff service needs to improve a bit to be considered a 5-star hotel. Right now, it's 4+ stars. Everyone is incredibly friendly, from the receptionist, security, the cafe staff, to the cleaning staff, all of them are top-notch. The cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and restaurant is also top-notch. The location is also great; taxis always arrive promptly. Delipark, Sun Plaza, and Center Point are also very close, so for some reason, there's no traffic jam. There are a few street musicians and thugs around the hotel, which is normal in Medan. But they won't bother you, I don't think they're afraid of the security guards. If I go back to Medan, I'll definitely stay here.

For the price, the mattress is okay, but if you get a room on the 6th floor, you'll have to climb the stairs. The location is in the city center, and the nights are bustling with street-side coffee shops.

The hotel staff is friendly, even early morning check-in was still handled in a friendly and fast manner. The elevator works well. The room is comfortable, those with children should choose a non-smoking room. The hot water works, the room is clean. Unfortunately, staying on New Year's Day, so the price is 700, which is quite expensive for me, and the restaurant is full during breakfast, so eating is not relaxing. Breakfast is only for 2 people, those with children can pay at the restaurant cashier. The food is delicious, please add more variety. Overall, it's a good place to rest.
