We really enjoyed the overall vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. The property is charming, comfortable, and made our family stay a pleasant experience. The only downside was that our room required us to climb stairs, which was a bit challenging as we were traveling with family and carrying several heavy suitcases. It would be more convenient if guests with larger luggage or elderly family members could be assigned rooms with lift access. Overall, we had a good experience and would gladly stay here again. Next time, we would probably choose a room on a level that is accessible by lift. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

I booked a studio hotel online, but the staff gave me a free upgrade to a superior room. I got a second-floor smoking room, even though I'd said I was bringing my children and my husband, who'd just been discharged from the hospital. I ended up asking for another room, and the staff immediately helped me.

The AC was very noisy, we got to the 6th floor and there was no elevator from the 5th to the 6th floor, and the stairs were high and there were no staff to help carry bags.
