The hotel itself is really old but maintained well. The location is superb, you can just walk anywhere in the neighbourhood and loads of great places in the area. Hotel service (the hotel staff) are well trained, most of the are seniors, extremely helpful. PS: the hotel carpet smells and the shower is awful.

Located in Kemang, this hotel has a unique design and facilities as a Japanese Hotel. The facilities included Tatami Room, Onsen, Yaki stand, Japanese restaurant. All room include a capsule styled bathroom with bathtub. The Tatami Room is very unique and comfortable. TV included local and global channels. Whats surprising is the price is relatively affordable with complete facilities for a 4 star hotels. There is an additional option for decoration. Staffs are helpful and friendly

Spacious and cozy room, affordable price for 4 star hotel

I have a good experience overall, especially with the administration process from check-in until check-out has a high flexibility process, I have forgotten to give the key back to the reception when check-out, while I'm already at the office, and they give me a solution to coming back to the hotel after office hours to give the key back, which I think that a simple solution with saving so much time for me. And I want to give a compliment to Mr Adrian at the front office, taking care of my administration process very well from check-in until check-out, also accompanied by the key problems. Mr Adrian also gives an extra service even if it's only a simple thing, but it matters. Overall I liked this hotel and everything works fine, but I have a recommendation, maybe the room needs to be installed with full carpet, it will feel more luxurious and warm, which can level up the guest experience. Loving their hotel theme and the retro vibes here. The breakfast is good and their a la carte menus are delicious. All staffs from front office-housekeeping and f&b service are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back for another stay.

The bedroom is nice, clean, but the staff may be forgotten to add another spoon since I found only 1 teaspoon for 2 cup of tea/coffee cup. And I cannot found soap inside the bathroom, only 2 shampoo available. Breakfast buffet just so-so, typically hotel breakfast minus sausages. Fitness center ac is not ON, so its quite hot that time. Swimming pool is on the rooftop. The plus point beside the clean room and nice cozy room is the hotel surrounded by so much restaurant, cafe, bar and supermarket also mall nearby. So its good to stay here and enjoy staycation at south Jakarta. Thanks Park Regis for memorable stay!

I got free upgrade from deluxe room to one bedroom suite, it's really amazing staycation experiences. The room looks like a mini apartment, we got pantry, dining area and living room. The whole room so spacious, comfy and clean. Surely will stay again.

The room is clean. The hotel is situated in the middle of Kemang and near to cafes, hotels, kemang village mall.

Actually the service that hotel given is fantastic. Fast respond. And the staff also very nice and helped. Even though in others side of problem about the room facilities need to be improved and maintain very well. We understood that pandemic condition like this. Most of facilities will be reduced. But still need to keep maintain the building facilities too. So for the next all the facilities and the room ready to use and sell with excellent condition. Anyway. Overall was good. The room was clean and neat. It suits me well for my short getaway. The location around the hotel is kind of quiet so, it's perfect if you just wanna to rest. There's coffee shop across the hotel and there are minimarkets near the area. I have a good sleep here.

nice room, with door separate so when the service come in, privacy still ok. bathtub ok, vanity ok. nice view when sunlight comes in. spacious enough to activity. breakfast on room, not on the resto. service good and well. room lighting was good.

POP! Hotel Kemang is a really good place to stay for some rest and relaxing, just to get away a little bit from the city rush. Simple yet comfy.

The place is good. Not far from main road but it is peacefully quiet. Located inside the neighborhood at Jalan Benda, it has stunning architecture from the outside. The rooms are clean, I love the ambience. The bathroom was quite a bit small. A nice option when you want to spend over a night around Kemang area.
