In the photo you can see that there is a swimming pool facility, but when asked there the swimming pool cannot be used for those who stay daily, it should be noted, knowing like this it's better for me to stay somewhere else.

This property and photos of facilities existed before the covid outbreak in Indonesia, and the swimming pool user restriction policy was in effect when the covid outbreak entered Indonesia, you should be able to ask before ordering, and I think your money has been returned by Traveloka. Why don't you stay at the hotel?

Pelayanannya bad banget, di telpon juga slow respon, orang lobby dan securitynya pada saat check-in malah saling nunjuk untuk cek innya, securitynya juga resepsionis, Kamar juga kotor, pokoknya buruk banget semuanya. Karena saya sudah kecewa dari pas check-in saya check-out di malam hari?

You look like you just used the application, it's clear when you order that a phone number is listed that you have to call for key acceptance & it's only natural that security directs you to contact ..
We always keep the rooms clean, prove if the rooms are dirty photos and upload the evidence ... you also came 6 people with the reason to celebrate birthdays it's also fair if you are detained by security because traveloka provisions are 1 room for 2 people. If you want to celebrate your birthday at home or at the mall, not in an apartment, disturbing other people's comfort ..
