Everything is good… Will definitely come again next time

We stayed in a Premier Deluxe room. The room was quite spacious. We had early check-in, late check-out, a welcome drink, and a slice of cake. The shower was powerful 👍🏻. The service was friendly. The room was very far from the restaurant and pool. The sink faucet was leaking (a small trickle) and the sink was a bit clogged (the water didn't drain smoothly). Several calls to 0/7 went unanswered. At the pool, we only got one towel per room, claiming it was the rainy season, even though we were two adults and two children. The showers near the pool didn't provide soap and shampoo, and the hotel amenities weren't portable, so we couldn't take them to the pool. There were a lot of smokers at the pool, creating pollution, even though there were many children and other families who care about their health and hate cigarette smoke. It was very uncomfortable! Many of the side dishes at the restaurant were the same even on different days, which made us bored because there wasn't much variety. Some of the food didn't suit our tastes, so breakfast on the second day was less than enthusiastic. Hopefully, all the good points can be maintained and the bad points can be addressed.

It is indeed one of the recommended hotels in Anyer... but there was an unwanted experience, I woke up at dawn to do ablution, luckily the lights weren't all turned off... it turned out there was quite a lot of water on the floor... it turned out it fell from the AC... thank God it was safe

My stay here was truly memorable. The kids were happy, but as a mother, I was less than thrilled because there was no mirror in the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom, and even then, the lighting was dim, making it difficult to get dressed. That's all there is to it: the food was okay, the room was okay, the location was okay, and the AC was super cold.

We stayed in 2 superior rooms, Superior 9. Close access 25 meters to the beach, there is live music, gym, restaurant, cafe, etc. The BF menu is varied, there are western & Indonesian food. Coincidentally, my son's birthday, so he got a free slice of cake too. The price of an extra bed is 250 thousand including BF. The service is excellent..

No hair dryer No trash can in the living room No closet No vanity mirror in the bedroom

It doesn't make sense if a guest wants to have dinner at a restaurant and is forced to pay for the all you can eat mode, minimum 200 thousand/person. If I bring a family of 5 people, just calculate how expensive it is.

Haven't moved on yet, a week ago I went to Mambruk, could check in early, the food was delicious, the swimming pool was an infinity pool, the kids loved it.

It was a really pleasant experience staying at this hotel, the staff was friendly, the service was okay.

We arrived at the location at 10 am, Ken checked in at 3 am but were already allowed to play on the beach and swim.

The hotel staff is friendly from FO to security, the check-in and check-out process is fast, the room facilities are complete and clean, the rooms are spacious.

Mambruk Resort is a delightful family vacation. The staff is friendly, the hotel environment, and the facilities are great. We'd definitely return to Mambruk for another vacation. However, to improve Mambruk's service, there are a few things I need to mention. 1. The early check-in feature on the Traveloka app when booking is only available if available. So, there's no need to arrive so early. Our room was ready at 1:30 PM, even though we should have been able to check in around 12 PM, according to Traveloka. 2. The AC in both rooms we booked leaked. In room 6801, we even asked for extra towels to prevent slipperiness. In 6802, the AC wasn't even cold; it only had a fan. It also leaked a bit. As a result, we were a bit sweaty in the room. We didn't want to complain, as we were only staying one night. 3. The breakfast selection was decent, but almost all of it was bland. Especially the Blessings. It's like it's lacking seasoning or something..the best part is the fresh, large pieces of fruit. But the breakfast staff are very helpful, thank you. 4. Now here's the gong..there's a shrew or baby rat in room 6802. My son already said there was an animal in the curtain and my husband said it was okay, it's just a shrew..at least it doesn't bother us. Eh, when I was asleep, I felt like someone was biting my ear..it turned out the shrew invited us to play. So my husband became a shrew hunter and killer that night. It was also a shame to see the shrew being beaten with a sandal and thrown out of the room by my husband. But yeah, this is probably the risk of being in a resort with lots of trees and food. Make sure the room door is always closed..there's a video of it but we didn't upload it. We don't want any room staff to get in trouble. Because basically, we enjoyed being in Mambruk. God willing, we will return again and hopefully Mambruk has seen significant improvements. Thanks, Mambruk...especially for the happy anniversary slice cake. Even though it was small, our 20th anniversary and our child's first anniversary were memorable by coming to Mambruk...success!

great, suitable for a vacation with family

The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are friendly.

My first time staying at Mambruk Hotel, my first impression was immediately happy because the staff were friendly, yesterday we arrived early, the second set arrived and were able to check in straight away, the atmosphere was really good, the private beach was also very clean, we got a welcome drink, the breakfast was also plentiful and delicious, we got a free slice of cake too, basically I was really happy staying at Mambruk Hotel, my family and I will come back here again if we want to stay in Dianyar 😊

Everything was fine, but the breakfast menu lacked variety. Please add pasta to the menu 😍

For the choice of food variations, it is just like a 4-star hotel.

The staff was fast and friendly. I'd requested a complimentary room decoration for my wedding anniversary from Traveloka, but on the day itself, there was no complimentary service. (Because I'd seen reviews on TikTok saying it was a free compliment.) I arrived around 1:00 a.m., and the room wasn't ready. I was told to wait in the restaurant, which was very noisy because renovations were underway near the pool. To confirm whether the room was ready, I had to go back to the reception, which was quite far away. I don't know how to get the information. Finally, I took the initiative to call the receptionist (I got their number on Traveloka). When I got the call, they said the room was ready. Overall, the breakfast was varied and quite tasty. The hotel had a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The room was clean and odor-free. The shower water heater heated up quickly, and everything worked well.
