sudden decision to spent my birthday with family in Anyer, lucky me I got a last room to booked. the new look of Mambruk so stunning! all staff really helpful, quite a lot of breakfast menu varians, the room so clean and all furnish and interior are new.. but still smelled of paint but it's oke! we have a really great experience and so much time to have fun together.. and I thank you in person to staff for give me a birthday surprise when dinner, it's so much mean to me and I am really appreciated!!! will definitely come back soon! thankyou!

Mambruk Hotel Anyer is the perfect place to spend holidays with your family. I like this hotel because they have good facilities, good staff, comfort rooms and lovely views. Breakfast is very complete and tasty. The design looks modern and comfy. The staff are very responsive and very polite, clean, all the furniture looks well maintained and seems like new.. All perfect! Thank you very much, keep up the good work!!

Everything is good. Bed sheet and blanket have some stain. But I was asked cleaning service change it and so welcome did it. Room not bad … aircon works well. Near to beach and have private beach! Thankyou mambruk. Will come again.

One of the old cottage in Anyer but has renovated. The cottage is maintain very well. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The Superior Type Room is the cheapest but the newest type. We stayed in Premiere Ocean, Still in good condition, clean, and very comfort. Kids are happy stayed in Mambruk. Love the ambience here. Reminds us of Bali. Thank you.

Have problem in toilet, but need more than 2 hours for enggenering came to fix it. The bedroom & bathroom not really clean. Our next room is noisy.

The best is only tge hotel have a private access to beach. Buat for the facility and ambience is so old and not have a good maintenance. The food from resataueant also not so good compare to the price. There is no much kids activity.

First time stayed here, good view have private beach, swimming pool near the rockin beach, there's club house too, good breakfast with limited items, my room clean but the floor humid or wet everytime the AC is on, the car parking very uncomfortable since I got the wet ground and all the messy from the tree went to my car, your staff should help the customer to parking properly. And usually if I stay for 2 adult should get 2 soap 2 shampoo but here only 1 not sure probably its hotel policy. Probably to get back here maybe.

Sudah beberapa kali stay disini, selalu ingin kembali. Kamar bersih, staff ramah dan juga dekat dengan pantai. Kolam renang juga luas. Will be back soon!

Saya mau review jujur hotel ini. 1. Mulai dari room: Bed kurang bersih, gorden/ kamar berdebu, Drain shower mampet. Yg bikin sy jengkel di hari ke2, selesai dr pantai sy dan family balik ke kamar tp kamar tdk bisa di akses. Krn tidak ada staff hotel yg keliatan disekitaran cottage jadilah sy telp via Hp ke receptionis hotel. Begitu staff dtg, pintu di cek, ternyata bukan access card yg bermasalah tp power automatic pintu batterai nya habis dan hours di recharge. Staff bergantian dtg mengakali pintu agar terbuka dan 40menit sy dan anak2 hours menunggu diluar cottage dlm keadaan anak2 habis basah2an dr pantai. Stelah pintu terbuka, sy and anak2 masuk, beres2 mandi dan makan. Staff kembali utk membetulkan pintu dan recharge power automatic pintu selama 1jam40menit hampir 2jam. Setelah staff keluar dr kamar, sy mulai ajak anak2 take a nap. Tapi yg kita rasakan koq AC kamar semakin panas. Sy hny berpikir mungkin pintu kamar terbuka selama dibetulkan. Tapi bener aja dong 30menit Ac malah semakin panas dan berasa hny angin. Sy telp lg ke receptionis, 15mnt staff hotel br dtg dan bener aja freon AC katanya abiiss. BbbuufFf fBINGOO bgt kan! Jackpot. Waktu istirahat terganggu. Kenyamanan dan privasi tergaggu. No compliment. Just say sorry dan tanggapan yg flat bgt bgtt dr pihak frontliner or receptionis hotel. Really speecless.! 2. Bf di restorant rasa std sih gpp. Tp makanan habis tidak di refill padahal msh byk tamu yg baru dtg. Yg lucu nya lagi, tamu msh pd makan piring habis, sendok habis, garpu habis. Dan berulang2 hours minta. Berbayar dinner buffet or Bf sama kyk gini jg WAR. Berebutan makan krn org2 pd takut mknan habis. Speechless sih sm ini hotel.

Today hari kedua sy nginep disini. Agaknya lumayan bikin sy jengkel di hari kedua. Yg hrsnya staycation enjoy tp bikin lumayan kesel. Kamar tipe deluxe room, yg sepertinya tidak siap dibuka atau diberikan ke tamu. Hari kedua, pintu kamar tidak bisa dibuka dari luar, terpaksa sy dan anak2 dlm kondisi basah dari pantai hours menunggu 40menit di teras kamar, menunggu staff hotel yg bolak balik dtg utk bukain pintu yg katanya batterai akses pintu electric nya habis dan hours di cas. Setelah berhasil masuk ke kamar. Staff hotel 3org lanjut membetulkan pintu selama kurleb 2jam. Setelah selesai mereka pamit. Sebelum mereka pamit, kondisi AC kamar, sy rasa sepertinya semakin panas dan engap. Pada saat itu sy hny berpikir oh mungkin krn selama membetulkan pintu tadi, pintu terbuka. Yg bener aja dong, sekarang giliran AC yg bermasalah, yg ternyata freon AC habis. Waktu istirahat anak2 terganggu dan tidak bs tidur siang hny utk ngu pintu dibetulkan dan kamar AC yg panas sambil ngu staff hotel dtg utk ngiai ac freon total 3 stengah jam. No compliment after that. Just to say sorry. Speecless sih. Management hotel yg payah. Makan bf yg berantkan. Meja makan yg kotor berantkan tidak langsung dibersihkan setelah ditinggalkan tamu sebelumnya. Makanan habis, sebagian makanan msh ada, piring habis gak ada garpu sendok piring ataupum mangkok habis. Padahal msh di jam 08.30. Really speechless.

There some things to improve, food should be one of the reason people to stay, lack of variety during breakfast, in-house restaurant also need to be put into improvement activity. I noticed many stain in the tea/coffee cup during breakfast. Slow refill on the food stall. However, I will consider this hotel to be destination during my visit in Anyer.
