Lokasi dekat dengan Paskal 23 dan Stasiun Bandung. Di seberang hotel juga banyak jualan makanan enak. Dekat dengan toko oleh-oleh Kartika Sari pusat, Primarasa, Maya Sari, dan Bolu Bakar Tunggal. Untuk kamarnya nyaman, AC dingin, water heater berfungsi dengan baik. Kasurnya juga nyaman. Sesuai laah dengan rate-nya. Para staff juga sangat ramah dan cukup helpful.

Alhamdulillah, kami sekeluarga menginap di hotel yang tepat, ramah untuk anak-anak. Saya senang sekali, kamar 329 eksekutif quatro ada bathtub-nya dan tentunya jika menginap maunya ke sini lagi, walaupun tidak ada fasilitas makan pagi tapi di sekitar Jalan Kebon Kawung banyak makanan enak, karyawan & security ramah semuanya sudah oke, terima kasih.

Before covid I stayed here most often and now I just want to try staying again, the hotel is still ok no changes but unfortunately there is no breakfast anymore. For the hotel management, please replace the bed in room 222 because the wood makes noises, the hot water kettle needs to be replaced because when boiling water you have to wait for it not to turn off automatically, if you don't wait for the water to boil until it runs out, that's dangerous. When you arrived at the hotel, you wanted to book a room and pay, it turned out you couldn't directly at the hotel, you had to make an online purchase, if you don't have the application or are not tech savvy, it's a shame, thanks

Old hotel, expensive. Room 242 had cockroaches living in the trash can, the bathroom door was difficult to open and close, the exhaust pipe was noisy non-stop, the phone was broken (the receiver couldn't hear the sound). Many TV channels had no sound.

Suggestions for the Executive Quadruple Room: Replace the double bed with a new one because the springs make noise when you sleep, and the single bed makes a dent in your body when you sleep, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work either. Overall, it was comfortable for 2 nights. The hotel is nice and clean. Thank you to the staff😁

The room was nice and comfortable, but it had a smart TV, but no Netflix, YouTube, or other channels. So, I could only watch local TV. The room was quite large. You could also leave your luggage after checking out because the train was late. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay.

There's no doubt that every time I go to Bandung, I always stay at Mutiara Hotel, but it's a shame that the F&B is no longer available, but the swimming pool is still the kids' favorite.

MUTIARA HOTEL is a favorite place to stay for business trips. The hotel is surrounded by many bustling culinary spots, a 5-minute walk to Indomart, and a 20-minute walk to Bandung Stadium. Car rentals are available, and Grab/Gojek is available for city attractions.

This is the first time I've had a cockroach in a hotel room that caused a commotion among the kids while I was in the bathroom.
Please double check the cleanliness of the room.
Otherwise, it's worth the price.
It's close to the station, and there are culinary options across the street, but it's very congested because there's a mall nearby (I haven't tried it yet).
