I was here for a business trip in Batam, the hotel location is great because it's connected with Nagoya Hill Mall, so it's very convenient to get anything. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Thanks.

The location of the hotel is convenient, very near to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. We reached around 10:30 AM and the receptionist allowed us to check in early as our room was already available even though standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Friendly staff and good service. Hotel room also clean. Overall, it is a very satisfied experience and for sure we will come back to stay in this hotel again if we visit Batam.

Nagoya Hill Hotel is always my 1st choice when I visit Batam, everything about the hotel is nice, including the staff & free breakfast. The location is also very good as it is in front of the shopping mall & there's lots of massage therapy around.

Reducing the number of smoking rooms is very disturbing for non-smoking room users. Even if you spray air freshener, the cigarette smell still lingers. It's time for Nagoya Hill to 100% support the health of smoke-free hotels.
