AC water drips, flooding the room

There is no swimming pool like in the advertisement.. it's dry as if it hasn't been used for a long time.. As for the room, it's okay, it's good, the bed is comfortable, the AC is cold, there's a hot shower.. it's just that the bathroom isn't very clean..

first time I entered, I really liked the vibes.. the staff were all friendly, check in was fast. the room was really okay, not cramped, the bed was okay, the towels were thick, clean & fragrant, the bathroom was clean and complete with liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrush, hot water was great, the AC was definitely cold, the sheets were white and clean and fragrant. all the lights worked, the coffee and tea maker was definitely there. 2 bottles of mineral water. and what I liked was the 32-inch TV already had Netflix, Youtube, etc. available. fast wifi. comfortable atmosphere, not noisy, thick soundproof walls. safe parking for cars + motorbikes. then on the 2nd floor there was a terrace with chairs and a table just right for chilling with a view of the highway. perfect for staying in Cirebon with a comfortable atmosphere and affordable prices. next time I will be a regular. always successful My Octo Hotel

with the deluxe room type I expected it to be comfortable enough for a hotel in the middle of the city, but it turned out the room had a leaky ceiling that had not been repaired, the linen (bedsheets, blankets) were dull and dirty. The towels were dirty and shabby, there was no doormat. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned and the toilet had not been brushed (yellow). Breakfast was delivered to the room which was not previously informed during check in... so we ended up going to the restaurant (usually like that). The promise was to be delivered to the room at 7 am, but it only arrived at 7.45 after we called the receptionist 3 times. This hotel has been upgraded especially for the room + bathroom, linen and also the menu available.

First time staying here, 1 night. Satisfied. When I arrived early, the security guard was quick to help me park and direct me to check in. Receptionist, fast check in at set time. KTP deposit. Can be helped to change the mattress type if still available. Access to the room is an elevator. In the room, the AC is functioning normally. Clean. Bathroom. There is a new mat, two pairs of towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, hot and cold water is on. The exhaust is on, so there is no smell. Breakfast. Got a buffet at the restaurant. Choice of 3 carbohydrates, 1 protein, 2 types of vegetables, 2 types of fruit. Great After breakfast, go to the mini swimming pool which is open from 7-10 am and the mini gym. The check out process is fast.

Very good for the cheap price.

For the price, it's appropriate, only the AC is not cold enough in my opinion because it doesn't feel cold.
