We'd deliberately chosen the package with breakfast for two. We'd Googled and checked Instagram to make sure it was a buffet. But then, around 7 a.m., our room was knocked on and breakfast was delivered. It tasted mediocre. We'd wanted a breakfast of soup and bread for two. There was no warning that the buffet was no longer available. When I checked the restaurant, it looked like they had a buffet. We were also given a manual door lock, not a card lock. It was quite inconvenient.

The service and food were fine. However, if breakfast isn't delivered to your room, it's best to let us know the night before.

Pros: The lobby is cold, the front desk staff was helpful and willing to move us to another room because our first room smelled bad. There's an elevator, the AC is cool, the hot water is great, the TV is Android-powered and can stream YouTube and Netflix, and the Wi-Fi is fast. Breakfast is delicious, although not very extensive. The service is good, as we asked for a bowl to be delivered to us at night to borrow. Cons: The room still has a lot of dust and dirt in the deepest crevices, such as the upper cupboards, and needs a thorough cleaning. The bedroom and bathroom floors are already peeling. The blanket and bedcover have several blood stains, which might be difficult to remove and require extra effort. Overall, for the affordable price, it's suitable for transit and sleeping, typical of older hotels.

The service was excellent from arrival to departure; everything was perfect. The lobby staff, in particular, were very friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean and the prices were reasonable.

A comfortable two-star hotel, perfect for relaxing and some me-time. The ambiance is good. Coffee, a hot water kettle, and mineral water are provided. Towels and toothbrushes are provided. It's a shame there aren't any slippers, but it's fine if you're just sleeping. The lovely thing is, the TV is a smart TV so I can watch my favorite movies (YouTube, Netflix, Prime, etc.). Quick check-in and check-out, you can choose to deposit using your ID card or Rp100,000. You can request a smoking room. I think I'll consider booking here again when I need to stay in Cirebon.

Complete facilities at an affordable price. There's an indoor pool, mini gym, and sauna. The TVs are smart TVs. However, when we arrived for breakfast at 8 a.m., most of the side dishes were already gone, but we still got a few. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Overall, it's okay.

The location is a bit out of the way, just near Alfa/Indomaret, and there's a delicious catfish pecel stall nearby. The staff is friendly and responsive, but after getting a room upgrade, the hot water didn't come out :(

Overall, I was pleasant, both in terms of staff and facilities. However, I would like to suggest that the rooms might need a renovation. Hopefully, my suggestion will be heeded. Thank you 🙏
