We arrived at the hotel at 1:40 PM and weren't allowed to enter our room and had to wait until 2:00 PM. There's a 100,000 IDR deposit. There was a slight issue with breakfast. The app stated breakfast for 3 people (2 adults + 1 child). The food wasn't very tasty, and there weren't many options. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. Thank you.

The hotel is strategically located near the city center and has lots of food, but the hotel facilities are very poor, especially the rooftop area is poorly maintained and the swimming pool is very dirty. This is the umpteenth time staying at this hotel, it used to be very good but now it has declined and has not improved, including the staff is not very friendly, usually in other hotels the staff always greets and when using the elevator always prioritizes guests. Hopefully it can be improved and become better, thanks.

Stayed here for 4 days, the room was nice and clean, the service was also okay, but I don't know why it was noisy every night because of the music on the rooftop, I don't know what kind of music I wanted to move rooms from the first night but the room was full, they said the last night the music was really loud until 5 o'clock after dawn, I suggest if you take a room, don't take a top floor

There's a hair straightener and hairdryer, which is really nice. 🥰 Breakfast is varied and runs from 6-10 a.m. There's a 100k deposit, with cash or ID as collateral.

i booked one night for my parents in law, and they also booked another night (two nights in total) the first night, the electricity is off for hours, in the middle of night, with toddlers and baby (can u imagine that) been several times asked the front desk about it but it gave us nothing. the second day, i booked for family room, and we got the room with cokcroaches in bathroom, fortunately the management moved us to another room (after complaints)

The room was full of cockroaches. Check-in was at 2 but the room wasn't fully ready at 2. I asked for an earlier check-in and was told it was full. The bathroom didn't have running water, making it muddy. The toilet bidet was broken. The TV was dead, but luckily it was replaced immediately. The staff was quite friendly. Not suitable for a 4-star hotel. I was hoping for a peaceful sleep after a long trip, but instead I caught a cockroach. Huh?
