This is the first time I got a superior room but didn't get any chairs at all in the room, ended up eating on the floor. Several times I've booked hotels in Tangerang, Serang, Pekalongan, etc., I've never found a room without chairs, there's no table either, Even if it's just a superior room, even a 2/3 star model or below Pakons always has a table and chairs even though it doesn't have to be good, in D*pr*ima hotels, even superior rooms aren't significantly superior, the facilities are the same as the deluxe ones, only twin beds are put together, the rest are all the same. For input on the hotel, how come guests are told to eat on the floor, what does it feel like to put food on the floor, for those who want to book here, skip the superior room, at least deluxe only gets chairs and a table 😬

We arrived at the hotel at 1:40 PM and weren't allowed to enter our room and had to wait until 2:00 PM. There's a 100,000 IDR deposit. There was a slight issue with breakfast. The app stated breakfast for 3 people (2 adults + 1 child). The food wasn't very tasty, and there weren't many options. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. Thank you.

The hotel is strategically located near the city center and has lots of food, but the hotel facilities are very poor, especially the rooftop area is poorly maintained and the swimming pool is very dirty. This is the umpteenth time staying at this hotel, it used to be very good but now it has declined and has not improved, including the staff is not very friendly, usually in other hotels the staff always greets and when using the elevator always prioritizes guests. Hopefully it can be improved and become better, thanks.
