The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom was very clean. I really enjoyed my stay and the bathroom was top notch. I love it. If I go to Mataram, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel. Thank you ☺🤗

Located in the middle of the city, easy to access, close to public facilities. But unfortunately dirty, lots of cockroaches in the bathroom. TV does not work.

The AC room is not too cold. I have complained but the room will not be moved. The hotel atmosphere is also not too cozy, it seems more creepy. Not recommended.

A great low budget hotel, close to public facilities, cafes and restaurants, also close to vehicle rentals, especially car rentals, so no need to be confused about finding a rental place. I extended my stay at this hotel for 3 days

All the hotel staff are friendly. I like the calm atmosphere. The only drawback is that they don't provide bottled drinks in the room. The price is worth it for the condition of the room we get.

The hotel is not recommended to stay for holiday. It was a bad experience to have a vacation or staycation. There was an insect that was annoying. The room was unclean and unfriendly staff.
