I had a great stay at this transit hotel. The capsule-style rooms, lockers, and clean shower facilities were perfect for a short rest between flights. It’s conveniently located inside the airport, so there’s no need to travel back and forth, which made catching my next flight so much easier and stress-free. A very comfortable and practical option for transit passengers—highly recommend!

This is great for a long layover or getting in too late to get to other hotels. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very nice. Great lace for an inexpensive price.

I had to check out of my previous hotel and wait for flights leaving at 10:30pm. This was the perfect place to get some rest prior to a long journey ahead. It’s located literally inside the airport the floor directly below where you check in for departures, and Burger King is right outside its doors. I paid $47 (their overnight rate) and stayed from 3pm till around 8:30pm. They had no problem with me only staying for a number of hours. The place is simple but clean, with clean showers and toilets and the little capsules are a fun novelty. They give you a locker with a towel and toothpaste set. They’ll store larger pieces of luggage for you. I napped and chilled for a while. The capsule has charging outlets. My friends who were trying to use up their remaining time joined me and said how great an idea it was as they appreciated a shower and nap prior to their flights after being hot and sweaty all day. I got up, showered, repacked my bags and took the lift up to the next floor and I was right outside the doors to the check in counters. All airports should have one of these places.

Super practical for a short overnight stay as it is right in the airport. The PassGo Hotel is on the 2nd floor and the check-in area is on the 3rd floor. It couldn't be better. I would do it again!

For those arriving at the airport at night and looking for a quick break, the location is perfect, as it's right inside the airport. The rooms are adequate for a quick rest, but there are no electrical outlets.

PassGo has always given me time to relax and collect myself between long layovers the three times I have traveled through Bali. Two notes: online some travel apps raise the price excessively for a “ overnight stay/one day stay.” Also online apps do not show or offer the price for a shorter stay, six hours. At PassGo, you can choose the “ overnight or a six hour” cheaper rate (420k vs 360k). The last thing is the capsules are very well sound proof, not perfect, but very good. The problem being their construction allows for the plastic to squeak when people get into or move within a capsule. You can easily sleep through it. Most people are quiet and courteous of others who may be sleeping during the night or during the day. But there’s always at least one rude and selfish traveler. With all that said, there are many other pluses to PassGo and I will continue to use them.

This is my second time staying at PassGo. My stay was for overnight. I have found the facilities always clean. The staff has always been polite to me and you can see their politeness when they are assisting other customers. This visit I was given a capsule in the last row. I think this kept me far away from the noise of new visitors who came later in the night or overnight. I just asked that all who use PassGo respect that anytime during the day there may be people in the capsules trying to get some sleep before their next flight so to make as little noise as possible. this hotel is on the 2nd floor, and the departure gate is on the 3rd. so convenient. but the temperature in the hotel is so cold for me. i have to go outside many times and walk around the airport to warm up. the staffs are so friendly, they always welcome you with a smile.

After a long transit in Bali, I just found out about this capsule hotel. It's very helpful if you're just transiting and not at the airport for long, you don't have to pay expensive taxis to get out of the airport. The staff are very friendly from check-in to check-out 👌 everything is clean from the room, floor, etc. The shared toilet is clean but only dirty guests leave their sanitary napkins near the shower! The staff are very friendly, making your stay even more comfortable. Capsule hotel but the inside is very comfortable and cool. Thank you Passgo Hotel 🙏🏻

Very practical if you need to catch an early morning flight the next day or land late in the evening. The departure gate is right above the hotel. Pros: - Sleeping pod is spacious Wish List: 1) A hot & cold water dispenser in the communal space would be great—it makes more sense than giving us water bottles. 2) A dry changing room in the bathroom—it would be a lot more comfortable to have a dry private area to change, so we can bring in our bags.

Had an early flight so i just decided to stay in this capsule hotel. First and foremost, the location is a total convenient. Sure if you have domestic flight instead of international flight, you'll have to walk for 10 minutes to the domestic building, but that's not a big problem (unless youre in a rush). The room was just... fine. by all means, you couldnt expect more for a capsule hotel at the airport. they provide you with wifi, towel, and toothbrush. they also have a place to store big luggages. The room (or capsule) was nice, at least for a few hours of stretching the back before going up for antoher flight. The only downside of this hotel is the bathroom.
