Plataran is very nice, the staff were friendly too. Nice ambience, good food (breakfast, in room dining, all good). The location is very strategic too at the heart of ubud. I would love to be back and stay longer.

We had a pleasant stay here. Room clean. Services was excellent and all the staff helpful. At the restaurant, they have live music and salsa night you can get free course. Highly recommended

Hotel location is very strategic, in the heart of ubud and close to many tourist destination. The staff 're friendly and helpful ... the restaurant for breakfast is amazing where we can enjoy our delicious food surrounded by paddy fields and tropical trees such as coconut trees and others. I'll recommend to my friends and colleagues to stay at Plataran!

The hotel is very nice. Clean room with aromatherapy smells. Breakfast - good food with a nice view. The staff friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back for my next visit to Ubud..

We stayed only for a night but everything was perfect. The staff is very helpful and friendly since the moment we walk right into the hotel. They have tons of activities that we can join everyday and we joined the jamu making. Every corner is also very clean and pretty. We would love to stay here again. And definitely recommended for everyone who plan to go to ubud!

Best experienced hotel in Ubud. We got promoted price though Traveloka App. They will spoiled their guests by giving voucher for massage, tea time in the afternoon and surprise cookies in the room. They also provide class for yoga or walking kinda stuff, you can spend whole day in the hotel. The hotel surrounded by plant and trees and all their staffs are very friendly and helpful :)

Got so many compliments and excellent service by the time I arrive in the hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the centre. The ambience is great for getaway. Had awesome dinner and breakfast, love the food! Their staff members are amazing, so helpful and friendly! I give 10/10 for this hotel!
