The entire team here is amazing. The warm welcome and friendly staff were, for me, the highlight of the stay. The little notes in the room, the welcome note on the bathroom mirror, all added to the warmth of the welcome. The room was beautiful and clean, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast was fantastic. Special thanks to Sinatra, who was incredibly helpful and friendly at breakfast, and Feby from Guest Relations, one of the nicest people I've ever met. I absolutely love this hotel!!!

Honeymoon at Pullman Bandung? Totally worth it! The rooms are super cozy, the interior is cool, and the romantic vibes are so inviting. The sweet welcome from the hotel, plus the view of Bandung at night from your room, makes it even harder to move on. It's perfect for quality time together! It was a wonderful experience to stay for 4d3n! Had a free upgraded room for the first 2 nights, then got to spend another extended night in the same room with the same room rate I paid for those first 2 nights. I'm so grateful because the stay was a gift for myself for this year's birthday, I assumed the excellent service was also a gift for me, because I was so happy! Thank you!

The view from city view room was gorgeous, you can see the mountains but quite noisy specially at days. I was once misplaced at the wrong room but the staff at last gave the right room after 120mins waiting

The staff were all friendly, and as soon as I got out of the car, they immediately helped me carry my suitcase to my room. The gym equipment was quite complete, and the room was comfortable. I especially liked the shower.

Strategic location, you can jog in the morning, and Friday prayers at Gedat Sate on Friday. There are many food variations. However, the swimming pool is small for a hotel the size of the Pullman.
