Staffs were very courteous and professional. Room & bathroom were clean, well maintained. Perhaps a bit more variety on the dinner buffet would be great.

Dear Pullman Bandung, I enjoyed staying with you for the fourth time. The location is great, staffs are friendly. But I believe it’s about time for you to replace ALL your towels, bedding linen AND rugs in the rooms. They’re stained, yellow-ish and not fresh. Please fix this.

check in n check out process is fast n smooth. all staff are very friendly. clean room, there is conn room so it is suitable for those who bring children. gym facilities are all okay and open 24 hours, there is sauna, spa, pool, kids room, teens room, breakfast with many variations, staff will find a table for guests. satisfied and very happy at Pullman

Staying at the Pullman hotel has always been a pleasant experience, but my most recent visit was truly exceptional. It stands out as the most impressive stay I've had with the brand, largely due to the impeccable service from start to finish. The check-in process was remarkably smooth and welcoming. The staff member who assisted me was not only efficient but also thoughtful, offering me the option to become an Accor member to enjoy benefits like premium Wi-Fi and, to my delight, a complimentary room upgrade. These small gestures made a significant difference in setting a positive tone for my stay. Room service was equally impressive. The food was delicious and delivered promptly, making it perfect for a relaxed staycation. I particularly enjoyed being able to unwind and watch the Wimbledon matches 🎾🫶🏻✨ Overall, the combination of outstanding service, comfortable amenities, and delicious food made this a truly memorable experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and will definitely be coming back 🤍

When I arrived, I was greeted by the front office, Mr. Rizal, who was very friendly and helpful. I was given an upgrade from deluxe to executive and a room on the upper floor. The room was clean and spacious. Separate shower and toilet. The room also has 2 dumbbells and a mattress. Large TV, clear screen, and clear TV broadcasts. The TV is not integrated with streaming services, but can be mirrored from a cellphone. Breakfast can be had on the 1st and 17th floors, of course the one on the 1st floor has a larger room. But on the 17th floor it is semi-outdoor and has a view of the city of Bandung. The breakfast menu is varied and the menu is local to western, all delicious. But the highlight of staying here is that it is very comfortable, the mattress is very soft, like being sucked in by the mattress, so I don't want to move to get up and feel at home in the room.

First time staying at Pullman Bandung Central Grand, the hotel is nice, the staff are very friendly. The location is right in front of the Jogging Field, close to Gedung Sate too. At night, it is close to Cuanki Food Street. Overall, it is nice to stay at Pullman.

The breakfast menu includes delicious goat + chicken satay.

This hotel is one of the best options in central Bandung. It’s conveniently located near many popular tourist attractions and shopping outlets, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The food is excellent, and the service is warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

Got my room upgraded upon check-in which was great. The hotel is spacious and the room was also really nice. There were exercise mats and weights if you wanted to exercise in your room. Or if you preferred to go to the gym, it was fully equipped and very big, with 2 gym staffs present to help. The pool was quite small for such a large hotel but didnt really get a chance to swim either cuz of the weather. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has always been my first choice to stay in Bandung. Located in the center of Bandung (next to the Governor office), close to all famous cafes and restaurants, fashion outlets, close to Braga. The service has always been excellent. Thank you to all the staff who keep the service five stars.
