This is the third time we stay at the hotel and it still feels pleasant to visit it every time. You have to take a walk around the hotel in the morning, there are so much thing to see. We stayed on November 29-30, 2025 in Superior Room 103. Putri Gunung Hotel is very strategically located. The hotel environment is beautiful, quiet and cool with lots of pine trees. It is also suitable for team outbound. If you are hungry at night, you can cross to the General Restaurant right in front of the hotel. The service from the receptionist and the lobby staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a room close to the restaurant and lobby so we didn't have to walk far with 2 small children. This hotel is an old building that is still well maintained and clean. The room is spacious with a distinctive vintage design, old-style wooden furniture. It was very comfortable to stay here. Complete amenities, electric kettle and coffee/tea, TV, minibar, hairdryer, hot water flowing. Adult pool facilities and a warm children's pool. Breakfast was really good. Complete and delicious all the food, pastries/desserts, boiled foods, salad bar, egg corner, western food, Asian food, etc. The restaurant service was also fast. For future suggestions. The hotel grounds are incredibly spacious and have great potential for upgrades to attract visitors. For example, upgrade the children's play area, fishing pond, and rabbit/deer mini zoo, or create a beautiful garden for photo opportunities. Other than that, it's great. I enjoyed my stay here. We stayed on November 29-30, 2025 in Superior Room 103. Putri Gunung Hotel is very strategically located. The hotel environment is beautiful, quiet and cool with lots of pine trees. It is also suitable for team outbound. If you are hungry at night, you can cross to the General Restaurant right in front of the hotel. The service from the receptionist and the lobby staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a room close to the restaurant and lobby so we didn't have to walk far with 2 small children. This hotel is an old building that is still well maintained and clean. The room is spacious with a distinctive vintage design, old-style wooden furniture. It was very comfortable to stay here. Complete amenities, electric kettle and coffee/tea, TV, minibar, hairdryer, hot water flowing. Adult pool facilities and a warm children's pool. Breakfast was really good. Complete and delicious all the food, pastries/desserts, boiled foods, salad bar, egg corner, western food, Asian food, etc. The restaurant service was also fast. For future suggestions. The hotel grounds are incredibly spacious and have great potential for upgrades to attract visitors. For example, upgrade the children's play area, fishing pond, and rabbit/deer mini zoo, or create a beautiful garden for photo opportunities. Other than that, it's great. I enjoyed my stay here.
