1. For those without a private vehicle, access is through the Mega Bekasi Mall. Enter the mall to the 3rd floor. There will be signs leading up to the escalator to the ballroom/front lobby of the hotel. 2. Check-in was friendly and easy, and there was no deposit required. 3. Room amenities were as described. 4. Breakfast was varied, with a plentiful menu and delicious flavors. 5. Check-out was smooth.

Strategic location, inside D'Botanica Mall, all needs are there (food, food court, restaurant), because the store is very complete, spacious parking lot. Comfortable rooms with relatively cheap prices, the reception staff, security, housekeepers are very responsive and friendly, can request an extra bed. Close to Pasteur Toll Road, there are also lots of shuttle buses, for those who are lazy to bring private vehicles, close to everywhere, recommended for those looking for a cheap but comfortable hotel.

Good cleanliness, friendly and helpful receptionist staff, also when I made a mistake on the booking date .. it said I couldn't reschedule but they helped me by calling the official Traveloka directly and they responded quickly to Traveloka and the hotel, even when I had breakfast, it was almost close to the maximum breakfast time available, still served well and tried to provide everything, highly recommended when going to Bandung to stay here, there are many people selling around and there is an Indomart that has an ATM, so its location in the middle of the city makes everything easy. It was a perfect stay, even though it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa bed by the window with a beautiful mountain view from the 12th floor. The swimming pool was also very comfortable, with pleasantly warm water. The location made the stay even better, as the hotel is just a short walk from Braga Street.
