The best hotel in Lembang. For the price and amenities, it's really good. The place feels like it's not in Bandung anymore, and it's very spacious. For that price, you get a pool and hot water, so it's already quite cheap. The room was okay. I stayed alone, so there wasn't any scary feeling.

From the first experience when Wi-Fi was not available until now when Wi-Fi is installed, this is definitely one of the upgrades that we really appreciate. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help, the room is clean and fragrant. The location of the hotel is indeed a bit into a residential area, but the view is very beautiful. It is very suitable for those who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the room. There are many cafes around the hotel (although you still have to take a vehicle), but the view is quite worth it. For those who want a relaxing vacation with family and spend a lot of time in the room or around the hotel, Dago Heuvel Resort & Villa is one of the best recommendations in Bandung. Note: if it is evening, the road from Bandung to the hotel is quite congested. 😅

It was a perfect stay, even though it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa bed by the window with a beautiful mountain view from the 12th floor. The swimming pool was also very comfortable, with pleasantly warm water. The location made the stay even better, as the hotel is just a short walk from Braga Street.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.
