I love the location, very close to beachwalk They upgraded my room into beach view room and this is the best view that i've ever got in Bali. Early check in and check out also available. Recommended for family.

When my order of white rice arrived late, the chef immediately came over to apologize, even though it wasn't that late. Furthermore, since we were checking out that day, the chef offered me some bread for our travel supplies, along with drinks and iced coffee. 5-star service, an exceptionally good hotel and service.

The right choice to stay at Sheraton Bali, got an upgrade to a suite, the room was really cool, spacious with a sea view, got a complimentary cake for our wedding anniversary, the hotel staff were all friendly, the food was delicious, it was great. Thank you Sheraton 🥰🫶🏻

The good location also meant that it’s always crowded and noisy especially the fireworks at night which can be heard from the room. However it meant convenience staying right in the heart of Kuta and just above the mall. This is probably the main plus point. The other being the great service overall especially at the dining areas.
However, the hotel is jaded and needs a renovation and update in its room. The absence of some light points resulted in the room being quite dark at night. You won’t be able to brightly light it up to read a book etc. The design of the toilet is also not particularly good as the door of the toilet cubicle is shared with the shower is designed quite badly with both sharing the same door which means that you can only close one side. But I think my main problem is with the kids club, the toilet inside is filthy and the toys are mostly broken or incomplete. The staff doesn’t seem to be bothered. I think after all, the hotel isn’t as kids friendly as they marketed themselves to be. They are hardly prepared in terms of children utensils as well.
We stayed in a connecting family suite which was supposed to be garden facing but it was actually facing a square where they had a BBQ and buffet on Saturday night. I doubt we will return to the hotel again.

Fantastic stay at the Sheraton. Staff were beyond friendly and would do anything to make your stay more comfortable. So friendly and helpful. My son especially loved the animals sculpted from towels little extras like the ukulele in our room every morning after it was made up. Great access to dining and entertainment from the hotel as well. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
