The place and staff are friendly for the disabled who really need wheelchair access. They will help push from the hotel door to the room. The room is comfortable and can access youtube too. The food is also delicious👍🏻. What's more, the hotel is close to the MRT Blok M BCA and Blok M Square, so you don't need to be confused if you want to hunt for food and walk around.

Room reeked of cigarettes smell. Leaking bathroom. No hot shower (was written we had to wait for 10 mins - who got time for that?). Room wasn't soundproof at all. Could easily hear neighbors speaking and the sound of floor screethcing from moving the chair. For it's price, not worth it at all. Could've gotten a better bang for your buck.

Location was good with close and easy access to shopping precinct. Included breakfast was varied daily and sufficient, staff friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is a bit tired and glum, it needs an update. Our room was very small and basic, no fridge, the air conditioner struggled and the shower pressure was inconsistent, the hot water however was good.

The staff are all friendly and very informative, the location is very strategic in Blok M, the rooms are a bit spacious and very affordable. Just a few notes: The Wi-Fi connection could be improved, the drainage could be rechecked, and the AC could be checked for better comfort in the future. Recommended. The receptionist's information was easy to understand. It's close to the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) office, and very close to Blok M Mall. The bus and MRT stations are also nearby. It's strategically located.

The location is quite good, access is good, the only drawback is that there is road repair. I got a welcome drink. The room is nice. The staff's response and solution are quite good. I got smelly and unclean towels. The toilet still smells, so it's not comfortable. The food is quite good.

The location is strategic, but access to the location is under construction so it's a bit difficult if you bring a car. Cleanliness is also okay. But the service is disappointing. First, I wanted to order food at 6, and then I couldn't, they said I had to wait until breakfast was finished at 10. Even though the menu said 24-hour room service. When I went down to get my breakfast package, it turned out there were also few people eating breakfast. Second, I happened to be there by motorcycle and the motorcycle parking lot is narrow so many motorcycles blocked my bike. In fact, when I was moving the motorcycle that was blocking my bike, there was a staff member smoking there but didn't help at all. Security was also not on standby in front of the lobby, instead they were busy chatting in a place that was out of sight. Even though before entering, security said, "I'll help you out if you have trouble," but he was nowhere to be seen from the moment I checked in until I checked out.

The hotel is strategically located near Blok M. The breakfast is delicious even though there isn't much variety. The service is friendly. The only thing that needs improvement is the room rental price. For executive rooms, it should be priced at just 700 because the room size is quite small.
