The Swiss-Belhotel in Sorong is better than the one in Jayapura in terms of interior, hotel space, food quality and variety, and service. Ambiance/Facilities: Overall okay, but the hairdryer smelled burnt. No one was standing by at the entrance to help carry luggage to the room. Food: Delicious and varied. Staff Assistance: Friendly and helpful. Price: Okay. Location: Close to everything.

Overall, it's very good, but the parking area for four-wheeled vehicles is somewhat challenging. Perhaps a more practical solution could be found in the future: - The parking lot could be accessed with two doors. - An elevator could be installed to the parking area so guests no longer have to walk up and down the stairs and out through the hotel lobby.
