The experience was wonderful, all the staff including the hotel lobby receptionist and security guards in the front door and even the ticketing were all so friendly and welcoming. There were no problems in the room, the room was comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

I stayed in room 1009, and the bathroom smelled so bad it made me dizzy. I couldn't even take a shower because I couldn't stand the smell. That smell is the result of bacterial activity from clogged sewage, and it's unhealthy.
I ordered the "rebahan" menu, Malang fritters, and sour meatballs.

A hotel with a fairly central location in Jakarta, with reasonable prices, and easy access to the LRT.
Unfortunately, the pool isn't kid-friendly, as there's only one depth suitable for adults. It's also quite far from the lobby (outdoor).
Parking is limited, so if it's full, you'll have to mix with non-guest vehicles (in the LRT parking lot).

Excellent service.
The staff is friendly both inside and out, and the check-in and checkout process is very fast.
FYI, there's a separate parking area next to the hotel. Parking is adequate but a little inconvenient due to the lack of a roof.

I stayed in room 1009, and the bathroom smelled so bad it made me dizzy. I couldn't even take a shower because I couldn't stand the smell. That smell is the result of bacterial activity from clogged sewage, and it's unhealthy.
I ordered the "rebahan" menu, Malang fritters, and sour meatballs.

A hotel with a fairly central location in Jakarta, with reasonable prices, and easy access to the LRT.
Unfortunately, the pool isn't kid-friendly, as there's only one depth suitable for adults. It's also quite far from the lobby (outdoor).
Parking is limited, so if it's full, you'll have to mix with non-guest vehicles (in the LRT parking lot).

Excellent service.
The staff is friendly both inside and out, and the check-in and checkout process is very fast.
FYI, there's a separate parking area next to the hotel. Parking is adequate but a little inconvenient due to the lack of a roof.
