The front security guard was a little lacking in service. He only saw me walking through the front gate with a small suitcase and a carry-on. Was he only helping people getting in and out of cars? While waiting to check in, I found another guest's wallet left on a lobby bench. I reported it to the same security guard. There was no appreciation, at least a smile if not a thank you. Next time, be a little friendlier to create a warm impression when staying at this hotel. The bathroom in my room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though I had a non-smoking room. Other facilities and services were fine.
