Very good service. We checked in early and left our suitcases and bags and returned in the afternoon. Information from the hotel staff via WA the room was ready and ready to be helped with the suitcases into the room. Excellent. Thank you to the hotel staff with super service. 2 days of staying everything was satisfying, the room was clean and quite spacious, comfortable. Super service for all staff especially at breakfast. Will stay again if I go to Malang. The Alana is excellent everywhere.

Really like sleeping at the Alana Hotel Malang. All the staff are friendly. Breakfast is also delicious. The service is very good. The room is cute and nice. Really like it. Next time I will definitely go back there 🥰.

The room isn't soundproof. You can hear people taking a shower or talking in the room next door, especially if the faucet is turned on too hard. The check-in lobby is also an open area, so there are a lot of people smoking, which is very disturbing for us non-smokers.

Overall the hotel is OK, but the sanitary ware in the bathroom is that the toilet floor has no drain hole. I've asked for a room change, but the receptionist said all rooms are like that.

Because when we arrived in Malang, it coincided with the POR event, so the rooms were fully booked, so we couldn't check in early. So we left our suitcases and belongings at the reception. We also had breakfast at the hotel.
