The room is ok, just a bit far from the villa behind the hotel because it is more spacious, the villa is also difficult to drop when it rains, the hot water is not automatic, you have to tell it first, the receptionist is not very responsive... In fact, the security is the one who is responsive. The technician immediately came to the room to check the hot water, the TV is already a smart TV with streaming services

Kaget waktu masuk ke kamar pindah dari hotel green forest. Kamarnya jauh di belakang jauh dari fasilitas hotel seperti restaurant dan kolam renang, taman depan kamar tidak terurus, kamar banyak nyamuk dan kotor, AC panas, spooky banget pokoknya karena di pojok belakang. Akhirnya keluar dari kamar cari hotel yang lain. Very disapointed ngga sesuai dengan bintangnya.

Lokasi agak susah buat cari makan di sekitar hotel, hotel bagus, pelayanan baik, ramah, tapi villa agak seram seperti rumah kontrakan kalau dilihat dari luar, jalannya juga sepi minim penerangan.

The service is lacking, check-in also takes a long time because there is a buildup, maybe because of the holiday season but the management seems to be less prepared. The room/villa where the floor is occupied is not clean, then in the toilet worms often come out from between the perforated ceramics. Hopefully the management will pay attention to fix these shortcomings so that visitors will be more comfortable. Thanks.

Kondisi villa tidak seperti villa di hotel bintang 4, dengan halaman yang tidak terawat dan fasilitas biasa. Malam hari air juga mati. Waktu check ini juga lebih dari 1 jam, sepertinya tidak siap dengan kondisi lebaran. Semoga bisa lebih baik lagi.

Our staycation took 3 rooms, the rooms are clean, comfortable, lots of facilities, there are pools, outbound, mini zoo, motorbikes, not far from Jakarta, only 1 unfortunately the pool is far from the villa because it's joining the hotel, overall it's very pleasant here.

The hotel is ok, the service is friendly, the villa is clean and has lots of facilities, there is a pool, outbound, mini zoo, motorbikes, it's just a shame that the pool is far from the villa, because you join the hotel, anyway it's really fun to vacation there.

Yesterday I took one room with 6 beds 2 bathrooms. Very good and the price is very cheap! The bathroom is clean too! Hot water is always available! There are also many facilities such as a swimming pool and billiards!

Dipindah ke sini setelah kesepakatan karena yang tempat yang di booking di awal ga dapet room. Untung pihak agen online tanggung jawab. Untuk tempatnya lumayan, ada mini zoo walaupun mungkin dampak pandemic ga terlalu terawat. Overall ok!

We stay in 3 rooms. In the room that I occupied all was good but in the room that my friends occupied there were some that were incomplete such as no towels and others, so I had to ask the receptionist first. The room is very spacious, the mattress and pillows are also soft. Direct view of the mountain. Everything works fine. We can't have breakfast but we look for food outside the hotel, there are good and cheap places to eat for breakfast. Oh yeah, when we got there the security guard didn't show us where to park the motorbike so we were confused. And, if possible, around the road to the hotel there are billboards or signposts that point to the hotel because I don't know why on my maps it's weird, the maps don't match the point. Unfortunately we didn't swim because we didn't bring clothes huhu
