Kaget waktu masuk ke kamar pindah dari hotel green forest. Kamarnya jauh di belakang jauh dari fasilitas hotel seperti restaurant dan kolam renang, taman depan kamar tidak terurus, kamar banyak nyamuk dan kotor, AC panas, spooky banget pokoknya karena di pojok belakang. Akhirnya keluar dari kamar cari hotel yang lain. Very disapointed ngga sesuai dengan bintangnya.

Lokasi agak susah buat cari makan di sekitar hotel, hotel bagus, pelayanan baik, ramah, tapi villa agak seram seperti rumah kontrakan kalau dilihat dari luar, jalannya juga sepi minim penerangan.

Kondisi villa tidak seperti villa di hotel bintang 4, dengan halaman yang tidak terawat dan fasilitas biasa. Malam hari air juga mati. Waktu check ini juga lebih dari 1 jam, sepertinya tidak siap dengan kondisi lebaran. Semoga bisa lebih baik lagi.

It was great. But tolong sediakan antena untuk bagian resort. Ada tv tidak ada jaringan. Lalu tv untuk apa? Dan untuk perlengkapan minum pun cuma dua padahal isi kamar untuk kapasitas 6. Selebihnya bagus

Di luar ekspektasi sama sekali. Woow. Hotel berbintang dengan harga ramah dikantong. Suka banget nginep di sini.

Dipindah ke sini setelah kesepakatan karena yang tempat yang di booking di awal ga dapet room. Untung pihak agen online tanggung jawab. Untuk tempatnya lumayan, ada mini zoo walaupun mungkin dampak pandemic ga terlalu terawat. Overall ok!
