Villa Moo - Mood on & on

The location is a bit far from the main road and the road is a bit narrow when passing other cars, having to give way and queue. The villa is nice, with 4 bedrooms each with their own toilet and bathroom. There were quite a lot of flies when we arrived, some of which entered the bedrooms and some died on the floor. The swimming pool is cold and not very big. Karaoke is provided with 2 microphones, but the TV is not big enough. The kitchen is complete with cutlery. The refrigerator is not cold enough, it didn't get ice for 3 hours, so we ended up buying ice at a stall. In the morning, there were also bees visiting the villa besides flies and other insects. Water dispensers are provided on each floor. Each room is only provided with 2 towels even though there are 3 rooms for 4 people. Warm water for showering takes 3 minutes to become warm water with the water flowing continuously. We added 1 gallon of water, but the guard didn't confirm that it required a fee. When checking out, we were charged Rp20,000 for 1 gallon, even though the gallon of water upstairs was not used at all. We also don't know if the initial gallon of water was full because the drawer door was closed, and also because usually when we stay in a villa (especially this Moo villa, which costs 3 million rupiah per night), we are not charged for additional gallons of water within reasonable limits. The gallon of water was only used to cook instant noodles because we brought our own mineral water for drinking, because we were unsure about the cleanliness of the gallon of water at the rental place.

The place is clean, complete facilities.

The track is a bit extreme, but it pays off with the super comfortable Cozy Moo Villa!!!!

It was a very pleasant experience to stay at this villa, the villa is very nice, clean, the staff are friendly and always ready to help.

The villa is clean and big. The view is also really good. But at night there was a problem with the electricity which was completely dead. Thank God my family was very happy with the staycation at Villa Moo. Thank you for your hospitality.
