The shower and bidet water were incredibly small. There was no hot water either. I complained several times, but they just told me it was because someone else was taking a shower. Oh dear.

Atmosphere/Facilities: Good. Staff Assistance: Friendly and security is willing to help with parking even when it's busy. Highlights: Upon arrival, we were told the elevator was under maintenance, but it was soon ready to use again. Location: Strategically located in the city center.

The location is strategic and the rooms are quite comfortable. However, parking is limited, making it a bit difficult. Upon check-in, we booked two different rooms, but the receptionist wasn't very informative, not explaining the room numbers to each reservation. Hot water is also limited. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. 😊

The location is excellent for activities around GBK and Senayan, and for this price, it's quite reasonable. The room is small, just enough for two people. The mattress, pillows, and blanket are comfortable. The air conditioning is good and the Wi-Fi is excellent. The room is not very soundproof. The service is good, parking is available, and it's easy to find places to eat (walking distance). The location is convenient.

The room was actually quite clean, and comfortable for a solo traveler. However, I booked a non-smoking room, but upon entering, I could smell cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, the bathroom lacked a curtain and the glass wasn't frosted, making it very visible from the outside. Overall, it was comfortable and clean, and the location was strategic for concerts at the GBK area.
