Stayed at W Home Benhil for a quick city break, and it was a comfortable, no-fuss experience. The room was clean and cozy, with Netflix-ready TV, good AC, and hot water, perfect for unwinding after a day in Central Jakarta. The location’s great too, just a short ride to GBK or Senayan area, making it easy if you’re attending events nearby. Staff were friendly, and the small café downstairs was a nice bonus for a simple breakfast or coffee run.

Staying here is conveniently located for activities and events. There are a wide variety of dining options nearby. The hotel is easily accessible by car, motorcycle, taxi, and online motorcycle taxis. What exceeded our expectations were: a sagging mattress, musty-smelling and torn pillows, a sensitive TV that would suddenly turn on and make noise at 2 a.m., and a bathroom that was too transparent even though it was inside the room, making it uncomfortable. Of course, the amenities were clean, including toiletries (towels, a mat, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste). The air conditioning and refrigerator were also cool. The lighting was bright and easy on the eyes. Security was excellent (both security and room security). The staff were friendly and willing to listen to and help resolve any problems. Hopefully, this hotel will continue to improve so more people stay at it. Best regards and continued success.

Booked a single room for 4 nights. The first night the AC was broken and not cooling, so I was told to move to a double room. Then on the third night, I was told to go back to a single room, following their schedule. So I moved rooms three times. Each time the soap ran out, so I had to ask them to refill it. The bathroom smelled and wasn't clean.

I've always had a wishlist for a staycation here, and I finally got the chance. Upon check-in, I was greeted by the friendly security and staff, who were very welcoming and informative. When we entered our room, it met my expectations, with a calm and serene atmosphere. All the amenities were great, including a smart TV, mini fridge, and a comfortable bathroom. There are a few downsides for me: we didn't get any slippers, and the mattress didn't fit the bed, so it easily shifted when we slept. And perhaps because of the setting, I had a slight downside: there wasn't a lamp directly above the bed, and the only source of light was the dim lamp near the table. Check-out was easy, and by the way, there's a 100,000 IDR cash deposit required, so make sure you don't lose the deposit slip because it's used for the refund.
