Nice pivate room in the heart of Florence, everything is walkable from the hotel. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Nice breakfast every morning. Totally enjoyed my stay!

Amazing stay experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Area around was safe and quiet. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing, coffee specifically was great! They kept our luggage past checkout while we continued to explore the city before our eventual departure.

We felt VERY comfortable at hotel and nice to come back to clean and comfortable AC room after walking around in August day! Sites (e.g., Michelangelo's David, Brunelleschi's Dome, Uffizi gallery on north side of river all within 10-12 min walking distance as well as train station. Lots of eating and touristy shopping options in area.

Such a wonderful hotel, tucked away on a quiet side street right in the heart of historic Florence. The staff were lovely, the breakfast buffet was great (Nutella cups!). The beds were a dream and the bathroom was newly renovated with amazing shower. Would stay here every visit.

Rating one star due to our room having bed bugs. When we brought this to the hotels attention, we were told there was not a manager on duty and we can deal with it in the morning. We checked out immediately. We seen the bed bugs as we were getting ready to get into bed, the AC went out so the room was extremely hot and that is when we seen the first one come out.
It’s a bummer because it seemed like a quaint hotel. When we checked in the front desk during the day time was very nice. It’s a central location but the ally itself has construction going on and was more ran down than most other ally hotels. When you walk in the hotel lobby was nice and quaint.

Strong perfume or deodorant or cleaning agent smell in our room. We stayed over the other building next door. We had to open the window at night due to the smell and it was noisy out side at night. It is fine if the windows were closed. Decent breakfast and friendly stuff. The room was clean.

What I really liked about this area was how convenient it was—just a short walk from the train station, with everything we needed close by. The staff was incredibly friendly and even gave us a detailed map with suggestions on things to do and how far everything was. When I walked into my room, it smelled fresh and clean, which made a great first impression. The only downside was that one of my towels wasn't clean, but honestly, that was a minor issue. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again!
