This is outside of where we normally stay (near SMN) but it was excellent. Great staff, you can buy food in the lobby & micro in the main room. We learned to take the bus to wherever we were headed for the day. There’s a killer gelato place at the Piazza Baccaria where we went daily. Easy walk to caffe and dolci because we didn’t want the available hotel breakfast. Good restaurants. A lot less touristy and better prices, yet only 3 blocks from the Arno. Would recommend it for sure. B&B also has a much more central location.

I love my stay here. The staff is so kind and helped a lot. I love it!!! The rooms are incredible and please make sure to ask for a balcony, it is totally woth it!

I was dissapointed there was no mini fridge to store water in. There was a lot of wear and tear on the floor and some walls. Internet only worked in 1 spot in my room. Lifts were temperamental. Given the location and these caveats i didnt think it was worth the money i paid.

It was easy to get around the city from here. The only thing was the elevator was out of order as they were redoing the decals on the inside and that made getting to and from the 5th floor challenging. At least when we e checked in and out they were fully functional. Staff were amazing.

We had to ask for towels and there wasn't any hooks in washroom for them or clothes.
The breakfasts is very nice.

The bnb was nice! The staff was always there and always willing to chat and help. The AC wasn't working the whole time we were there so that was a downfall, but they gave us fans in order to help! I would definitely stay there again!

Looked great from pics online, but AC didn’t work - our room was 30 degrees Celsius - and unfriendly staff said, “this isn’t like America.” We aren’t even American! Don’t advertise air conditioning of rooms are that temperature in the middle of July! They eventually offered us other rooms after I cancelled our second night, but only one had a better temperature. I would NEVER plan a stay here again.

Air conditioning did not work and bathroom was full of black mold that made us sick. Our room was at a constant 90 degrees Fahrenheit for the whole stay. The staff was accommodating but management did not give them the resources or personnel to fix either problem. All they were authorized to provide was a fan and free breakfast.

First, all of the staff was extremely nice and always helpful with whatever we needed. The location is great because it’s easy to walk to and from the hotel, but also easy for a taxi to get there if you need one. Unfortunately, the room was a little dirty, there was a ball of hair by the door and the bathroom had some muck. Liveable, but not exactly what you’d want from a hotel.

Great coffee shop and gelato shop close by. Nice to be close to the local bus. The hotel room itself was not that clean, no amenities (coffee, etc). Incredibly uncomfortable bed. Wouldn’t stay again.
