Great place to stay. Quiet. A very nice pool for swimming and sauna. Very comfortable bed; not too firm or too soft. Good breakfast.

Lot of walking to the historical places, area seamed a bit sketchy overall. We enjoyed one night stay and that was probably enough for this town

The property is nice, big rooms, a/c was not working well and was a bit warm to sleep comfortably. We had a disagreement with the parking arrangements offered and ended up paying it twice... we are still waiting for a reimbursement...

Tried to change date as u made a mistake on calendar. They wanted to charge me more than my original booking $200 As I had no insurance they took advantage of situation although it was over 2 weeks in advance. Therefore I did not go and paid anyway. Shameful

The hotel is a real gem with a wonderful indoor pool/spa that you can reserve for exclusive use. It is located well in hilly Ragusa and very close to the important sites. The staff is incredibly kind and really go out of their way to help. Matteo has a wonderful sense of humor and makes you feel right at home!

Arrived early but were able to access our rooms right away. The toilet in our bathroom lacked a seat and when complaining at reception we were upgraded to a slightly larger room. Staff was helpful in pointing out restaurants for dinner.

Stunning room, great hotel.... Very luxurious and spectacular value for money. Whilst the spa was unfortunately out of service, the hotel allowed us to use the pool at the neighbouring Villa Laura which was a nice touch and equally lux. The hotel is well appointed and new and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast was adequate as well. The hotel is situated about 7-10 min away on foot from the main square in Ragusa Superior, and about a 15 min downhill walk to the older Ragusa town.... I would recommend staying out here rather than the old town, as you can find parking just outside the hotel (unlike the old town which is a no-go zone for visitor's cars) and can walk to both centres just as easily....

The hotel was lovely, but very difficult to find and I had mistakenly thought it was in Ragusa Ibla, but it's not and required huge numbers of steps down and then back up into the part of Ragusa I actually wanted to be in. The breakfast was amazing.

We wouldn't normally have looked for a hotel in Ragusa, however it was close to where my brother was getting married (that's why we went). The area isn't great for tourists as, apart from incredible architecture, there's not a lot to see. Everything closes between the hours of like 1pm and 6pm as well for the locals which was frustrating to us as that's when we'd be out and about. In saying that, the hotel was absolutely incredible! The staff speak enough English for us to be able to understand each other and were extremely helpful. Whilst we were there, it was my birthday and they gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. The spa room is beautiful! You van reserve time to stay in there, at a price of course, but the price is reasonable, depending on how much you want to spend. Free continental breakfast was great as well! We booked in for massages the morning we had them as well. Can't say enough good things about this hotel, just the area didn't really appeal to people our age (mid 20's). We'd recommend this hotel to anyone who's willing to hire a rental car so you can get to the places you want to see (the hotel does offer taxi's to destinations close by) p
