The lady at the front desk was amazing kept my bag safe and even gave me a map of places she recommends the room was a lot bigger then expected maybe slightly outdated but you get what you pay for bed comfy air con was great

Bit run down had to fix toilet seat and shower head but easy to do without bothering staff. Fridge in room and safe, comfortable bed. Great area for centre of rome easy to walk from termini. Great for travellers. Would stay again.

No fridge in our room, always had to ask for things like toilet paper and towels…house keeping asked if they could clean the room i stated we are leaving in a few mins, then they can come in, he said I'm cleaning now or not at all… the desk staff viola however was absolutely amazing… she gave us so much information and was so friendly

This was my first visit to Italy & I stayed in Rome. Hotel Lella is PERFECTLY located in the city center 15 mins walking to the Trevi Fountain & other monuments. The streets are lined with restaurants too. It is a 0.5 mile walk from the Roma termini station which also makes it extremely convenient. But the best part about my stay was Will, who works at the front desk. He was my first impression to the city & how I fell in love with Rome through his guide & expertise & friendliness!!!! Not only did I make a lifelong friend but I highly recommend this hotel to stay at whether you are on a budget or not!!!!!!

When you’re close to Roma Termini you’re close to everything in Rome. Hotel Lella is. Clean comfortable rooms in a safe neighborhood . The staff especially Will is very helpful

Enjoyed my stay very much. Very private. The receptionist who received me was amazing and friendly. The following receptionist was really unfriendly and me feel uncomfortable. But in general I loved my stay.

Good place in terms of price-quality for those looking for a cheap and central accommodation: the room is very basic (old, cheap bed sheets & mattress) but it does the job and cleaning is decent. WiFi was ok and towels were included, contrary to the room description.
