We had an amazing stayed at hotel pacific Roma. The staffs are professional and friendly, excellent breakfast, lot of varieties. The hotel is clean, walkable to almost all the sites that we wanted to visit. Lots of nose from the outside because it's on a busy street, that didn't bother me much. I recommend this hotel .

Staff was lovely! Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Close walk to Vatican City. Street is noisy, but it’s a city, to be expected, but if your room facing street or alley it will be difficult to get a good sleep

This hotel was excellent albeit noisy at night so get a room on the side away from the street.
Close to everything that matters and the staff and the massive free breakfast were great!
Room was basic but spotless and the bed was very comfortable very good price and close to the Vatican and the collosseum and most attractions! I will be staying there again!!

Honestly the staff was wonderful but this hotel had the energy of a motel. Everything is older. Solo travel was okay but I can’t imagine with a mate.

The hotel is in a great location and very good transport link with Metro into Rome city. Lots of restaurants nearby. We had two rooms for four nights which were nice & clean, one with a small balcony and both close together. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were however very noisy from outside traffic until about 0200, slight sewage smell in one bathroom and too hot (air conditioning did not work). Some reception staff not so friendly or polite unfortunately. Breakfast was fabulous as were the breakfast staff.

We love our stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We got a family suit and our balcony had an amazing view of the Vatican. Breakfast was amazing with alot of Italian and American options. Also we love the restaurants around because we avoid the crowds from the touristy areas.
