MOXY Milan Malpensa Airport

This was a great hotel to stay at that was near the airport. Navigating to and waiting on the shuttle was a little confusing. The checking staff and staff at the bar were friendly

Incredible property location!! Only a few steps from Rialto and 8 minutes walking to Piazza San Marcos. The apartment was also surprisingly spacious for a family of 4, clean and quiet. Easy check-in and check-out. It was also quite convenient to have a kitchenette and washer/dryer. Now, most apartments are on the 2nd level and there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcases.

This was a very comfortable place to stay and so convenient to catch our flight leaving the next morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked several rooms for students and sponsors traveling to study abroad. We will definitely book again.

A good modern hotel with food and friendly staff.

The staff is extremely rude. I booked the wrong night by accident they wouldn’t even make a change I’m in my first trimester I was extremely tired and throwing up. I WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN! They wouldn’t even give me a refund.

Steps away from the airport.

They charged 18 Euros a night for parking the car, and it turns out was a sloppy parking lot, and it's also a employee parking lot also! Not very professional style especially if they are charging 18 Euros a night to park!

Staff were as poor as I’ve ever encountered at a Moxy Hotel.

Very helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Aircondition in the room could be a bit more efficient. It would be nice if breakfast included a larger variety of vegtables (not only cucumbers and tomatos). I ordered dinner at the lobby. When it was ready I realized I made a mistake. The staff immediately offered me to order a replacement and didn't charge me anthing for the wrong dish.

Convenient to airport

When I stay at a hotel, I don't expect every property to be a five-star luxury experience. That said, I believe the Moxy at Malpensa is marketed as a four-star hotel, and I don't think it quite lives up to that rating. Let's be realistic: the hotel is showing its age. It could use a refurbishment, and the carpeting in particular is starting to feel worn. The air conditioning and heating follow European energy guidelines, but comfort could definitely be improved. The amenities, such as the soaps and shampoos, are also fairly basic and could be upgraded. On the positive side, the rooms are comfortable. The bed, sheets, and pillows are all very good, and I've always slept well there. The biggest disappointment is the food. Unfortunately, there's no easy way to say it: it's poor. Given the overall quality of the hotel, the dining experience falls well below expectations. That said, the location is hard to beat. If you're flying through Terminal 2 at Malpensa, it's by far the most convenient place to stay, and that convenience alone makes it worth considering. Overall, it's still a good hotel, but I would rate it as a solid three-star property rather than a four-star one.

On-site restaurant and staff were great and helpful.room was clean and had everything I needed. Best part about this hotel is the location- just have to cross a crosswalk and you’re in the Terminal 2 of Malpensa. Only negative to make a note of was that the included breakfast begins at 6:30am. This is not helpful for flights leaving any earlier than 8am. Would have been nice if they had an assortment of take away items at least. Otherwise, great option right across from the airport terminal!
