Convenient to airport

When I stay at a hotel, I don't expect every property to be a five-star luxury experience. That said, I believe the Moxy at Malpensa is marketed as a four-star hotel, and I don't think it quite lives up to that rating. Let's be realistic: the hotel is showing its age. It could use a refurbishment, and the carpeting in particular is starting to feel worn. The air conditioning and heating follow European energy guidelines, but comfort could definitely be improved. The amenities, such as the soaps and shampoos, are also fairly basic and could be upgraded. On the positive side, the rooms are comfortable. The bed, sheets, and pillows are all very good, and I've always slept well there. The biggest disappointment is the food. Unfortunately, there's no easy way to say it: it's poor. Given the overall quality of the hotel, the dining experience falls well below expectations. That said, the location is hard to beat. If you're flying through Terminal 2 at Malpensa, it's by far the most convenient place to stay, and that convenience alone makes it worth considering. Overall, it's still a good hotel, but I would rate it as a solid three-star property rather than a four-star one.

On-site restaurant and staff were great and helpful.room was clean and had everything I needed. Best part about this hotel is the location- just have to cross a crosswalk and you’re in the Terminal 2 of Malpensa. Only negative to make a note of was that the included breakfast begins at 6:30am. This is not helpful for flights leaving any earlier than 8am. Would have been nice if they had an assortment of take away items at least. Otherwise, great option right across from the airport terminal!

My go to in Milan airport

I got early check-in without having to pay a fee. But I didn’t like the fact that no water boiler was available in the room to make coffee. Also, Marriott tries to get you to join their app as a condition of getting the “free” WiFi that was advertised.

Good location and a decent room. Choice of food was ok but not great.

the hotel was just OK. staff lovely. in my room, ~ the bedside lamp was broken, ~ the shower head broken and the carpet was not well vacuumed.

Exactly what you need from an airport hotel. Easily located a very short walk from Terminal 2 with a 24/7 free shuttle between the terminals if landing at Terminal 1.

Hello, we didn't eat breakfast there. Very clse to train station, in fact, right across the street.

Arrived late for our 1 night stay. Quick check in and a welcome drink at the bar. Room clean and shower good
